Location: This newly built villa is located in a beautiful part of Camaiore (Montebello) in a slightly hilly and quiet location. The house overlooks the Tuscan countryside and is situated in a large fenced plot with old olive trees. The large swimming pool (12 x 6m x 1.2 m to 2.5 m) is available exclusively to our guests from May to mid-October. The location is very beautiful and quiet.
Shopping can be done on foot in Camaiore (approx. 1km). There you will find all infrastructures.
Facilities: The house (a rebuilt farmhouse) with 2 flats of about 160 m² offers plenty of space for 10-12 people. Entrance - garden - large well-kept pool. The upper flat is occupied by the house owner with his wife and child.

Flat B suitable for 6 persons: The flat offers a living-dining room with fireplace - a dining-kitchen - 2 bedrooms with double beds and air-conditioning- one bedroom (air-conditioning) with a single bed which is extendable to a double bed - 1 bathroom. Terrace and garden.
Available are: Oven - video/TV - fireplace - barbecue - garden furniture - parking on the property.
A large parking space is at the house - the property is fenced and has an electric iron gate. The flat has heating. The windows are fitted with mosquito screens.
