This high quality and bright apartment has a living space of 65 sqm. The apartment has a separate entrance and a beautiful view of the garden. Garden furniture is available in summer. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons, has an open living-sleeping area and is equipped with a modern kitchen, small shower room, floor heating, washing machine. Parking is available. It is a Non smoking property. We ask for your understanding that smokers can not be accepted. Inquiries please only in German or French.

The city center, shopping street, spa house are within walking distance 10 to 15 minutes; to the bus stop 3 minutes. The thermal bath can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Walks and walks in the nearby forest can be made directly from the front door.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir haben bei unserem Aufenthalt nichts vermisst und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage und doch sehr stadtnah. Vorschläge für Unternehmungen vorhanden. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin verlief super. Jederzeit wieder.

Perfekt

Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sie ist hell, liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Auch die Lage, sowohl zur Innenstadt als auch als Ausgangspunkt zu Wanderungen im Taunus, ist ideal. Alles absolut empfehlenswert!

Un beau logement, un bon point de départ pour visiter la région

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Evelyn et son mari francophile et francophone. Leur appartement est grand et très bien équipé, très agréable avec un jardin sur l'arrière, tout près du centre. Les livres de marche à disposition nous ont permis de faire de plaisantes randonnées dans la vallée du Rhin moyen (la Loreley) et dans le parc naturel du Taunus. Francfort et Mayence ne sont pas loin, ainsi que les villes et villages viticoles du Rheingau. Vraiment, une bonne adresse !

Hier stimmt alles, grosse Wohnung, sehr schöne und komplette Einrichtung, top Lage (zu Fuss 12min zur Stadtmitte), gute Parksituation und perfekte Gastgeber. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Die im Souterrain liegende Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und nah am Zentrum und Kurpark (ca. 10 Gehminuten), aber trotzdem sehr ruhig in einem höher gelegenen Villenviertel gelegen. Die im selben Haus wohnenden Vermieter sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit und können Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in die Region geben.
