Excellent accommodation, a few minor issues

We chose this property as we have stayed in the Landstrasse area of Vienna. The property is very nice, with old world charm. It is delightfully close to the Rennweg train station for access to downtown and the airport. It was clean and comfortable. Good communication from Valentina before arrival.

As for the issues, there was no documentation in the apartment. Thermostat, washing machine, coffee machine were all an enigma to us Americano Tourista. Some how I managed to turn on infloor heating and had no clue how to turn it off. Regardless, I managed to do so. Also, the lock on the apartment door did not lock easily. Oh well, minor stuff. I certainly would stay here again.
