Costa Calma Paradise

Property was very comfortable for 5 people. Location was pretty good, enjoyed our stay. Communication was pretty good too.

Clean, bright, airy, private. Lovely pool area.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. Modern feel throughout and a good size. Pool and pool area with bbq were lovely. There was no kettle or toaster though in the kitchen and the grill and oven were pretty slow to cook things. Other than that a really good stay. Would highly recommend.

We would not stay at this property again

We stayed at this property from 21-28 March 2018 and this is an honest review of our stay. We arrived at Costa Calma and it took us approx. 1 hour to find the property. On arrival we were given the keys to the property and entered. Immediately on entering the property there was a terrible smell, the person who gave us the keys told us she had just cleaned the property (I doubt this). This smell was from the bedding. The bedding looked "tired" and smelt so awful my wife inspected the remainder of the bed and pillows. The pillows were stained and had not been replaced.....disgraceful! This was so upsetting my wife immediately began to clean the property (we had the cleaning materials from a villa we had stayed at in the North of the island, which was fantastic) and wash the sheets etc (which was not her task to do!). There were also issues with the living area lights and the windows were dirty. I discussed this with Frank and the next day the lights were repaired and the windows cleaned. We also received new pillows, but these were the wrong size for the pillow cases (and we never received the right size pillow cases). There is no kettle at the property and the iron is so dangerous, DON'T USE IT! I also want to mention the TV channels. All the TV channels are in German, this was no good for us (we speak English, Ukrainian and Russian) and my daughter could not watch any TV, I felt this was unacceptable for an international rental property. The internet was also sporadic and sometimes it was difficult to maintain a connection, it is also not secure. The swimming pool looks so inviting, but because it is not heated, the water was too cold and it was not used for the duration of our stay at the villa (again disappointing for my young daughter). One of the neighbours also has a dog, and this dog likes to bark for long periods; annoying, especially at night! We had a rental car and were able to leave the property and find beaches and supermarkets, without a car this would be difficulty. This review is a true and accurate reflection of our stay at the property: we would not stay at this property again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. KNetter kleiner beheizter, aber flacher Pool. Relativ neues Haus mit vielen neuen TV-Geräten. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr angenehm. Gute Raumaufteilung, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Haus entspricht dem Beschrieb. Schöner privater Poolbereich. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
