About the property

We offer a beautifully furnished bright and spacious apartment (85 square meters) with a mix of old and modern furniture. It is located in the second Floor of a 3-apartment building in the Musicians district, in the Bonn Weststadt. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a beautiful modern bathroom with bath and shower enclosure. The large bright kitchen impresses with its puristic appearance in white with stainless steel work surfaces, there is also a separate dining room for convivial evenings. The small balcony has two seating and invites you to linger. Everything you need for a comfortable stay need is available: LCD TV, WiFi, small library, a well equipped kitchen, nice dishes and glasses are plentiful.

The apartment is characterized by its proximity to City (10 min walk) and the Rhine (15 min walk). Shopping, bus and train links, just walking dinstance. As required, we also provide a large parking lot right on the property. Smoking in the apartment is not permitted, on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

There is a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), wardrobe (plenty of bracket available) and provide plenty of room for a cot to Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m), here there is a shelving system for hanging and chairs for her things. In both rooms there are blackout blinds on the windows.

This is a lovely bright and stylish apartment. Very comfortable and well equipped. The balcony is a nice place to sit and watch the world go by ! Off - street parking added bonus for us as we were travelling by car. Places to eat near by and walkable (20 mins approx) Also walkable ( 20 mins approx ) to Bonn station for links to Cologne . A very warm welcome from Ute who is really helpful . A good place to base yourself for visiting two great cities and surrounding area ..

fantastic apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ute's apartment. It was amazingly clean and well stocked. Ute even left drinks, milk, cereal and candy for us. The location was an easy walk through a residential neighborhood into the center of Bonn. Could not have been better!

Wunderschöne, perfekt ausgestattete und sehr saubere FeWo in idealer Lage

Da meine Kollegin und ich häufiger in Bonn sind, kennen wir bereits einige Ferienwohnungen. Diese übertrifft alle bisher gebuchten Unterkünfte bei Weitem. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und praktisch geschnitten, so dass bspw. auch zwei Paare oder Gruppen und Familien ohne Probleme darin wohnen können. Die Wohnung hat keine Makel, alles funktioniert einwandfrei und sieht aus wie neu. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass die Wohnung wirklich sehr sauber war, das Bad hat geglänzt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind komfortabler als in vielen Hotels (und riechen auch noch gut). Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, die Schränke kann man ebenfalls nutzen (auch hier muffelt nichts). Die Ausstattung liegt WEIT über dem Durchschnitt, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kaffeemaschine, die wir gerne genutzt haben; der Kaffee (den wir nicht mal selbst besorgen mussten) schmeckt wirklich ausgezeichnet. Im Kühlschrank wurde für uns Milch und Wasser bereitgestellt; es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Teesorten; Gewürze sind vorhanden; alle Geräte die man benötigt ebenfalls (inklusive Wok und Spülmaschine). Sogar an Spülmaschienen-Tabs wurde gedacht. Im Bad stehen Wattestäbchen und Wattepads sowie diverse Hygieneartikel zur Verfügung; auch an einen Föhn wurde gedacht. Für Geschäftsreisende besonders toll: Es gibt auch ein Bügeleisen. Direkt um die Ecke finden sich diverse Geschäfte (Edeka, Lidl, Drogeriemarkt, ...) sowie eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man in ein paar Minuten am Hauptbahnhof ist. Die Linien 610 und 611 fahren außerdem direkt zum World Conference Center. Die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm ruhig und lässt sich auch noch schön anschauen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos; die Kommunikation war insgesamt ausgezeichnet. Frau Kirchmayer war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat immer umgehend geantwortet. Ihr Mann hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt und mit Ausrufezeichen weiterempfehlen. Ich würde sie jedem Hotel vorziehen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unglaublich gut. Herzlichen Dank!

This apartment is perfect for everyone visiting Bonn. You'll find everything you need (and more than you expect), it is spotlessly clean and the landlord is very nice and helpful. There are supermarkets and a bus stop right around the corner. The busses bring you DIRECTLY to Bonn Central Station as well as to the World Conference Center (Heussallee).

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung bietet jeden Komfort, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Auch gibt es als Willkommenspaket Diverses - Wasser, Milch, Kaffee, Cornflakes, Süßes... Die Schlafzimmer, die Küche, das Bad und die Aufenthaltszimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich. Bei schönem Wetter steht einem sogar ein kleiner Balkon zur Verfügung. Auch gibt es einen Parkplatz, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.

Die Lage ist sehr schön - ruhig, zu Fuß sind die Innenstadt und Poppelsdorf gut zu erreichen.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit; wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und rundum wohl.
