About the property

The sunny, bright apartment is on the third Floor of a building overlooking beautiful landscaped courtyards of. 3 District. The newly renovated apartment was designed by the Viennese architecture firm Madame Architects. It consists of a studio with open kitchen (with daybed), a bedroom (double bed 1.60m), a bathroom and a courtyard-side balcony. The apartment has a very quiet atmosphere and is both relaxing as made to work: S / W laser printers, active speaker for mobile phone and laptop, flat screen TV and a fast Internet connection are available. The garden of the house can be shared.

The house has a lift.

In the area have artists' studios and apartments, all around there are many good cafes and restaurants, the Danube Canal and the Prater for jogging, biking and walking are in the immediate vicinity. Just opposite there is a supermarket.

Cultural enthusiasts are information about current exhibitions in galleries and museums, and we also collected our favorite restaurants, bars and shops for our guests.

The tram line 1, station Hetzgasse, stops nearby and runs along the ring road. There are four stations for metro Schwedenplatz (U4, U1). The station Wien Mitte station with the underground lines U4 and U3 (+ rapid transit and regional trains) can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is very easy to reach from the airport.

By CAT (11 Euro single, 17 Euro return) in 17 minutes or take the train S7 (€ 4.40) in 30 minutes to Wien Mitte station, then by tram line O two stops to Radetzkyplatz, then 5 minutes walk ,

The airport taxi Rolka costs 30 euros (must be pre-booked)

Monday to Friday 9:00 to 22:00 will charge, maximum parking time 2 hours (Park tickets available at tobacco shops, post offices, petrol stations). In the apartment are 15 mins free parking tickets.

Building under heavy renovations...dirt, noise, no working elevator.

No elevator and there are 72 stairs up to the apartment. I booked October 3rd for early December and was assured elevator would be in working order. The apartment building is undergoing extreme renovations with the expected dust, dirt, noise and bother....including the elevator. I would have cancelled my reservation if I had known the state of the building, and am writing this so future renters will be advised. If you have any allergies to dust or any mobility issues this will not suit you. The apartment itself is fine, although the heating was sporadic, we could not get the heat above 20 degrees. There is no microwave or coffee machine. A small old stove top brewer was available. Owner was not very helpful, cannot recommend due to state of building at the moment (and it looks like it will be a while before it's habitable). Honestly, this apartment should not be rented at the moment, in my opinion.

In Wien wie zu Hause.

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Sonnig, schöner Blick vom großen Balkon in den weiträumigen, grünen Innenhof, moderne Einrichtung.

Moderne Wohnung, toller Blick in den grünen Hof

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon nach Südwesten. Super Aussicht in den weiten, grünen Hinterhof. Im Sommer wird man die großen Jalousien schätzen, da es durch die Sonne bestimmt warm wird.
