2 room apartment in the beach and near old town. Balcony with views of the sea.

Cozy apartment, centrally located and only 500 meters from the beach. Newly renovated and ideal up to 4 guests on a floor space of 65 square meters.

The apartment is bright and tastefully decorated. On the small terrace you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine, with a fantastic view of the beach and the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room has air conditioning. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a hot tub. The beautiful bedroom has a double bed with ceiling fan and access to the balcony. There is a spacious dressing room with a large closet and space for all the luggage between the living room and kitchen area. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples (with or without children) who are looking for a pleasant and romantic accommodation.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, opposite the city beach of Palma and near old town and cathedral. You can reach the apartment from the airport with the bus 1 and executes as a direct line from beach promenade and Palma. Within walking distance you will find a few minutes supermarkets, restaurants, beach club, many green parks which invite for walks with playgrounds.

Special features: the season.

The rental of this property is determined by the Spanish law of urban rentals (29/1994, 24th November). Under this law, the object is seasonal for rent, but according to the contract no tourist service is offered. It only refers to the use of the object.

Spacious flat which is only a ten-minute walk to the Old Town and a five-minute walk to the beach at the end of the road. Pilar was welcoming and Oscar was helpful regarding the arrangements. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

The apartment is perfectly located - 10 minute walk into Palma centre and five minutes from a beautiful, sandy beach which is not crowded even at weekends. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean; very comfortable and with a delightful little balcony where we sipped wine each evening before heading into town for dinner. We didn't do any cooking as there are so many places to eat - even for breakfast. A couple of small supermarkets are situated nearby which catered for the small amount of shopping we needed. Pilar had left us an enormous container of mineral water which lasted nearly our whole trip and a very enjoyable bottle of wine was awaiting us in the fridge.

Pilar could not have been kinder or more helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

All in all, we would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Palma.

A really great place with 2 very useable bedroom areas as the kitchen is separate

The owners mother was wonderful when we experienced problems, she really looked after us. A good location as 10 minute walk to the centre. Well equipped kitchen.

Perfect location

Lovely apartment in a very good location. Pilar the owner was lovely and corresponded with us very well. She was there to meet us and showed us around and even provided us with the essentials like tea,water, butter, fruit etc. It was a very good experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend the apartment.

A lovely one bedroom, well furnished apartment, close to the promenade - what a find!

My wife and I chose this apartment primarily for its location. We wanted our own smart little pied-a-terre, somewhere that was close to the city centre but not too close, somewhere where we could easily get to the seafront, somewhere where we could park a rental car and easily get out of town when we wanted to. The apartment didn't disappoint!

Pilar was very welcoming and showed as around the apartment. And what an apartment, the photographs do not do it justice. Everything you could wish for, and a quirky design too, after 5 days we still had trouble finding our way around - and we are talking a one bedroom apartment!

Palma city centre is a pleasant 20 minute walk away, either along the promenade (look out for the rock cats!) or through the old town. There are supermarkets and bus stops close-by.

There is a little bit of street noise - for example, the locals seem to empty their recycling into the street bins at some funny hours of the day and parking is also shall we say "a challenge". The positive is that most of the neighbourhood is a "white zone" (i.e. free parking at any time), the downside is that the "whole of Palma" knows this too so at any time of day you're hunting for that elusive space! (having said that it never took us more than 10 minutes to find somewhere to park and by the time it was time to leave Palma we knew all the streets and could give the locals a run for their money!).

In summary a great place to stay and explore this wonderful city!

Schöne Wohnung in klasse Lage

schöne, sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in unmittelbare Nähe zur Promenade und zum Meer. Man kann fußläufig alles erledigen, Einkaufen, Shoppen im Stadtzentrum, Essen gehen, Kathedrale, Hafen, Strand. Vom Flughafen ist man mit dem Taxi in 10-15 Minuten für ca. 15,- € da. Von der Wohnung aus kann man auch schöne Radtouren starten, die Räder kann man mit in die Wohnung nehmen. Räder kann man recht günstig in Palma mieten, z.B. bei "Happy Bike", einen sehr netten Taxifahrer könnte ich auch noch empfehlen. Die Vermieterin, Pilar, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Organisation/Kommunikation erfolgte über ihren Sohn, Oscar, der sehr gut deutsch spricht, stets sofort reagiert und wie seine Mutter auch sehr freundlich ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank !
