The Villa Roque del Conde 3 is one of the holiday homes of the highest class from a prime location above the Costa Adeje and not least by its exclusive features. It takes only 5 minutes to the beach. On the ground floor there is a living room with open kitchen and separate dining area. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. One bedroom has a balcony and has a wonderful sea view over the Atlantic to the neighboring island of La Gomera. The lounge has a flat screen TV with international satellite channels. Wifi for Internet access is available for free (fast fiber optic Internet). The living room has a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people.
In the living room there is a small stereo and a DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge-freezer.

There is a large pool area with sun loungers (Community Pool) which can be used free of charge. On the terrace there is a barbecue available and comfortable seating and 2 sun loungers so that you can spend beautiful barbecue evenings there.
You can park your car in the private garage, which is located in the basement of the house. There is also a washing machine.

Awful apartment

This apartment was diabolical and the owners should be ashamed . The reviews from Jan 22 sre bad, i expected all those things were addressed but no, exactly the same issues in nov2023!! Do not book this. The photare lies. The only good thing was communication with host but otherwise ruined holiand we had to mive out

Prima Lage - schlechter Zustand

Die Lage ist wirklich prima - oberhalb des Ortes, am Berg gelegen, so dass man vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen kann. Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf El Hierro und La Gomera - wow! Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, mit eigener Tiefgarage im Keller. Für 4 Personen ist ausreichend Platz, und die Terrasse mit Essplatz ergänzt es. So hatten wir uns das vorgestellt! Was wir uns nicht vorgestellt hatten, war der Zustand des Hauses und die Ausstattung. Türschloss kaputt, Rollos kaputt, die Terrassentürverriegelung defekt, Couchtisch mit heftigen Kerben, ein zerschlissenes Sofa (so sehr, dass es mit einer Decke verdeckt werden musste), Fettfilm in der Küche, keine Lampen an der Decke, Wasser lief aus den Deckenlöchern, nur eine funktionierende Nachttischlampe bei 4 Personen, ein sehr lockeres Regalbrett über dem Bett (vorsichtshalber haben wir das Bett verschoben), ein unbenutzbarer Grill, kaputte Fliesen, eine Fernbedienung ohne Batterien - wir könnten die Liste noch verlängern. Und am Ende tauchten im Keller noch drei Kakerlaken auf! Und die Ausstattung war leider auch nicht besser - kein einziges Weinglas oder Sektglas, keine Schüsseln, kein Brotkorb, keine Schere,… auch diese Liste lässt sich verlängern - wir haben uns erst einmal Gläser kaufen müssen. Die Kontaktperson, die wir nach Ankunft am Flughafen angerufen haben, kam leider mit 30 Minuten Verspätung, warf dann die Schlüssel auf den Tisch und verschwand nach 2 Minuten ohne große Erklärungen. Wo der in der Anzeige genannte Pool zu finden sei, konnte er nicht sagen. Nach einer kurzen Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter brachte jemand Teller und Besteck, und beim zweiten Mal auch Gläser. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, und so behalten wir den Urlaub trotz allem in schöner Erinnerung.

Schönes Objekt in sehr guter Lage

Der Kontakt mit Sven im Vorfeld war sehr gut, jederzeit kurzfristige Antworten auf alle unsere Fragen und Anregungen.Dadurch haben wir trotz Corona mit einem guten und beruhigten Gefühl unseren Urlaub antreten können. Um auftretende Probleme hat sich Sven auch während des Aufenthalts jederzeit sofort gekümmert. Leider wurde in der Ferienanlage ein Haus ständig neu an feierlustige Gäste vermietet, so dass sehr häufig die Nachtruhe massiv gestört wurde. Das hat die gute Urlaubsstimmung doch sehr getrübt. Die Garage im Haus war ein echtes Highlight. Adeje ist für Unternehmungen, Wanderungen und Ausflüge, egal wohin, ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage des Objektes absolut erforderlich. Die Situation am Pool war jederzeit entspannt und erholsam. Trotz Corona haben wir uns auf Teneriffa überall, ob am Strand, in den Supermärkten, Einkaufscentren, in den Bergen ,am Pool oder auf den Wanderungen sehr sicher gefühlt
