This neat, well maintained villa in a quiet location, located midway between the popular destinations Pollenca and Alcudia, in the northwest of the island.
To the great bay of Puerto Pollenca with fine sandy beach and many water sports are only a few minutes.

The house was built on one level and is surrounded by a landscaped garden with swimming pool and lawn area.
Before the house is a large covered terrace, which leads directly into the bright living room. Here are comfortable sofas, satellite TV (flat screen) with DVD player, and a dining table made of natural wood with matching chairs.
The spacious kitchen has a 4-burner gas hob, an electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and a small dining table. From here a door leads to the rear of the garden with panoramic views.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms complement the living area. The decor is friendly and well-kept. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with bath and shower, the other two bedrooms, the second bathroom is shared with shower.

Behind the house is the swimming pool with lawn, a covered and an open terrace and a brick barbecue.
From here the view of surrounding, vast countryside goes to the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains.
The location of the house is a good starting point for beach and nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. Families with children, but also befriended adults will feel comfortable here.

The stylish city Pollenca offers its visitors many typical cafes, restaurants, galleries, boutiques and antique. Sunday is the weekly market.
The old convent of Santo Domingo can be visited and during the summer months classical concerts in the courtyard instead.
In the center a long stone staircase leads to Calvary. This effort is worthwhile because of the peak there is a magnificent view.
Another monastery mountain is located on the outskirts Pollenca, Puig de Maria.

The historic Alcudia has a medieval town center with ancient city walls and two large gates. Numerous small alleys invite you to stroll and there are cozy cafes and restaurants with terraces, as well as boutiques and galleries.
Outside the city ring are an archeological excavation from the Roman era in Mallorca and an associated museum.
