We offer a bright, luxuriously furnished apartment in a three-family house in the Altenbochum district!

This district offers a quiet location and is still close to the center of Bochum. Shops, public transport and restaurants are within walking distance.
Subway line U 35 => 2 stops to the city center / main station
2 stations to Bochum Ruhr University
Tram line 310 => also 2 stops to the city center / main station
Both rides are within a 5-10 minute walk!

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things for everyday needs.
Towels and bed linen are changed weekly.

There is a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, pad coffee machine, microwave and stove with ceramic hobs. Nothing stands in the way of cooking on site.

The living room is an oasis of wellbeing with two relaxation armchairs that invite you to relax! The existing noble wooden floor also creates a warm atmosphere.
You can listen to your music at will via a stand box that is equipped with a port for an I phone. In addition, a new, skypable TV is available!

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis zum Ende angenehm. Ein hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, eine schön eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte und eine ruhige Gegend: gerne wieder!

Ruhige und saubere Wohnung

Ich war zum zweiten mal für längere Zeit in der Wohnung und es hat mir wieder sehr gut gefallen. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden, Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Es ist eine schöne große, saubere Ferienwohnung und guter Lage. Parkplatzsuche lief fast immer problemlos. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Super netter Vermieter der unheimlich hilfsbereit ist. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, auch wenn ich sie nicht benötigt habe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen und in die Stadt benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten und zu Fuß 30 Minuten. Man kann die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
