The cozy and modern holiday home is located in the beautiful Spanish village Els Poblets only 9 km from Denia.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, which is built exclusively with single houses.
From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains.
The sea is only a short walk away and was given the Blue Flag for cleanliness. Shops, a bakery, a kiosk with magazines and a coffee are 400 meters away. The village center with bars, restaurants and coffees is about 800 m away.
The three bedrooms have two beds each. There is a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet, as well as an outdoor shower. The living / dining room is spacious and leads to the winter garden, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the mountains.
In order to keep temperatures comfortable on very hot as well as cold days, there are three air conditioning units with which one can heat and cool thanks to state-of-the-art technology. In addition, there is a gas stove for the winter.

On the approximately 550 m2 plot is a newly built 8x4 m large pool with Roman steps for single use, and an outdoor shower. Furthermore, there is a new new outdoor kitchen on the property. There is a golf course about 8 km away.
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are each about 100 km away and can be reached in about an hour on the nearby motorway.
To use a barbecue, a washing machine, dryer, microwave, iron, various kitchen appliances and two TVs (flat screen / Smart TV) are available.

Everything excellent again. Owner Kathryn and Manager Astrid both very helpful, especially with our late arrival time. We hope to be back again in the future.

A little tired

The property in general was good. We found it strange that there isnt an oven. There is a dish washer were i thought the oven should be. There is a gas barbecue that is in need of a clean .when i asked about using it i was told I would have to buy gas for it . I thought this was wrong considering there is no oven. And if i did not have a car it would have been a very long carry. The pool is very nice ,it would have been nice to have a rubber ring or two. I dont think it is safe for children because there is no barrier. There is outside work being done ,including an outside kitchen which is good but not ready for me to enjoy. There are areas of the outside which need clearing of rubbish and weeds . This property is advertised as having a king or queen size bed but in reality it is two single beds pushed together, we paid for bed linen and towels to be supplied and was given two single bed sheets and quilt covers two bath towels plus two hand towels for our two week stay. I think they should have been changed at least once a week but were not. Because we had driven here we had beach towels with us that we used for the pool otherwise the bathroom towels would have been well used. I would recommend this property when all the work is finished.

A very nice house. Everything is as shown in the listing photos. It has excellent facilities and was in a very clean condition. It is in a nice peaceful location, has a well maintained, new garden area with plenty of good quality metal framed outdoor chairs and sun loungers around the new pool making for a great place to relax. There is a good size LG tv in one of the bedrooms and a larger smart tv in the lounge which we used to stream content from our tablets through the wifi. The shower room and WC are also new. The kitchen didn't include a microwave or oven, only a gas hob but this is in the listing, we didn't notice. We didn't really miss either, and it is much more generously equipped with everything else than some places we have stayed, but a microwave might be useful for some people. Bed linen & towels along with electricity and internet are payable locally though prices were all very reasonable, only just over 50 Euros in total for 3 of us for 9 days. The house feels like a home that the owner may well live in from time to time, much better than some other houses and villas we have stayed in with only basic facilities that feel as though they are only ever used as short term holiday rentals. We were very happy with the house, had a great holiday, and plan to be return in the future either later this year or next year. Definitely recommended!

Tanto a Kathrin como a Annick les doy un 10!!!! Todo han sido respuestas rápidas a mis dudas y una atención excelente. La cas está muy bien, para ir a la playa hay que coger el coche (pero éste se puede aparcar dentro de la parcela sin problema. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado (aunque nosotros sólo lo utilizamos una noche porque había corriente de aire por las noches). La piscina está muy bien cuidada así como la zona de jardín. Es una zona muy tranquila, con apenas ruidos. La wifi es muy buena. Ha sido una estancia magnífica!!!:
