About the property

Great for walking and cycling.

The apartment can be booked now! From the end of October 2016 completely new equipped. A note yet: All utilities (except towels) are included in the rental.

Beautiful apartment to linger and relax. The apartment can be rented long term throughout the year for a short break (weekend) or. On request, we will pick you up from the station and bring you back also charged back. Even trips are available upon request. Your four-legged friend is welcome after consultation welcome free of charge. Furthermore, we invite you on arrival in to a small welcome drink. We would give you a briefing on the condition and environment of the apartment. An offer for. Example would be a place guidance of approximately one hour, to know everything.

The apartment is on the first floor of a 2003 newly built half-timbered house. In the garden is a separate staircase leading a balcony facing south-west, in the approximately 63 square meters apartment. The apartment is for 4 people fully equipped. It has a separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and everything that goes into a modern kitchen.

A modern bathroom with shower and large corner bath is also available.

The living room consists of a large seating area and a small dining area. A television set with satellite TV and video player and games console is also available. A double bedroom (on the image even smaller bed comes new 180x200) and a bedroom with two single beds completes everything. In the rooms fitted wardrobes are installed.

A lawn with barbecue facilities is also available.

The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. All floors except the children's bedroom (cork) are tiled and fitted with runners. The house is built low-pollution.

For cyclists, bikers, families and of course one or two people, our house turns out to be an ideal start or Destination point for excursions into the countryside. If you are looking for peace, you are right here. Countless meetings and events annually attract visitors to our beautiful region.

The house is on the outskirts of Hodenhagen, yet very centrally located. There are only a few hundred meters to shopping (net, E-Center). A Greek, Turkish restaurant can be reached in 5 minutes walk. Of course German cuisine and several nice cafes. Doctors and pharmacy are also on site.

Fast direct forest location with proximity to the Aller and Leine are ideal for walking or cycling. Hodenhagen is centrally located in the triangle Hannover, Bremen and Hamburg. In all three cities can be done with our Heide Sprinter a day trip with the Lower Saxony Ticket.

In and around Hodenhagen invite Parks to excursions. In Hodenhagen Serengeti Park itself with a safari or a roller coaster ride. Or in Soltau, of Heide Park with all its atractions. If you like it quiet, is in good hands in the Walsrode bird park. There are in the near vicinity still a multitude of destinations which we can give you information.

Wir sagen nur - PEFEKT

Eigentlich ist alles schnell beschrieben - perfekt!!!! Die Wohnung ist tiptop und sehr schön. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. Sogar ausreichend Handtücher standen zu Verfügung. Es fehlte wirklich überhaupt gar nichts. Staubsauger, WC-Papier, Dosenöffner, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Schränke, Bettbezüge, Fahrradabstellplatz, Kfz-Carport usw usw. Was will man mehr.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt wunderschön im ersten Stock und ist durch eine stabile Außentreppe zu erreichen. Durch die kleine Terasse am Eingangsbereich und die Nähe zum Baum fühlt man sich wie in einem Baumhaus. Für die Kinder steht sogar ein großer Pool im Garten bereit. Wir konnten ihn leider bedingt durch das Wetter nicht testen.

Die Vermieter wohnen im EG. Sie sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend, aber immer da wenn man sie braucht und dann auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Im Wohngebiet selbst ist es sehr ruhig und die Strasse liegt direkt am Naherholungsgebiet. Aber dennoch ist die FW nur durch einige Häuser vom Zentrum von Hodenhagen getrennt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Bäcker, Apotheke, Tankstelle, Cafes und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind zu Fuß je nachdem in 5-10 min (mit dem Rad entsprechend weniger) zu erreichen.

Es gibt in Hodenhagen und Umgebung sehr schöne ruhige Bademöglichkeiten und tolle Radwege führen mehr oder weniger dirket am Haus vorbei. Hodenhagen liegt tatsächlich nur 6 min von der Autobahn entfernt und bietet Wanderern mit Hund oder Familien tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Steinhuder Meer liegt mit dem Auto ca. 50 min entfernt und durch die Nähe der Autobahn sind auch andere Gebiet der Lüneburger Heide schnell zu erreichen.

Deshalb - Hodenhagen und vorallem die Familie Kribitz - absolut empfehlenswert!
