Charming 2room apartment – close to citycentre, near Schönbrunn

Our charming, beautifully decorated 50 square meter apartment is centrally located and ideal for both a relaxing holiday or a business trip. It´s located on the ground floor of a typical viennese Art Nouveau house built in 1900. It sleeps up to four people as the sofa is convertible into a comfortable double bed (1,40m).

The apartment is friendly, modern and tastefully equipped and fully furnished including linens and towels, cable TV and wireless Internet access. The typical old building flair is obtained through its high ceilings and solid wood floors. The interior design is arranged with furniture from solid wood in colonial style.

It consists of a bedroom with a boxspring double bed (1,60m) and a big living room with an extra dining area and a sofa which can be used as a double bed, too. The sleeping room is quiet as it is situated yard-side. The kitchen is fully equipped and has again a little dining area with two bistro chairs.

It´s equipment: LCD flatscreen TV, free WLAN, iPod/iphone station with radio player, kitchen including all utensils (nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, laundry rack, toaster, kettle, fridge etc), iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

All apartments are perfectly connected by public transport – only 200 m distance to the next underground U3 „Johnstraße“ (it´s also the tram station line 49), that brings you directly, no change necessary, to:

• "Westbahnhof": Central Station, 4 min

• "Herrengasse": Graben & Kohlmarkt, famous main shopping streets with wonderful historical buildings, 11 min. Also for Hofburg, Spanische Hofreitschule etc.

• "Stephansplatz" : Historic centre & gothic church, 12 min

• "Landstraße/CAT": The CAT station Wien-Mitte and city air check-in Terminal, 15 min

• Spittelberg and the Museumsquartier, also Mariahilferstraße, the big shopping street, and the Volkstheater are all directly accessible with U3 and only a few minutes away

• Stadthalle – Viennas largest event center, you can reach by foot or in a few minutes with Tram 49 (also station "Johnstraße").

Enjoy the walking distance to Schönbrunn Palace (approx. 15 min) and all the amenities of a main street, where the apartment is located: banks, market, bakeries, drug stores, pharmacy, supermarkets etc.. As the windows look out onto a side street, it is more quiet. For sporty people: There´s a fitness centre only 3 minutes away where you can work out without membership, just by daily pass (Fit-Inn).

Towels and full bedlinen are provided.

Loved this place!!!

Great location, nice layout, well-equipped, comfy bed. We booked it for five weeks. The owner Sandra was extremely helpful, prompt and very nice AND she speaks English very well which was super helpful for my husband and I. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the construction that occurred while we were there. By now, it's probably finished, so you will give it five stars!!!
