Bright and beautifully furnished NON-SMOKING apartment with spectacular views of La Gomera. The apartment is in. 6 Stock and is easily accessible by elevator. The American kitchen is fully equipped. Also includes bedding and towels.

Recommended occupancy: The apartment is fully furnished and EXCLUSIVELY for a couple or family with children (max 4 persons) NOT suitable for 4 adult individuals !! From experience, I can only accept bookings if the main traveler (s) is older than 30 years. No 3 or 4 individuals, but only families (couples) with max. 2 children. Thank you for your understanding! The beach is a "stone's throw" away. BOOK NOW!

Well equipped and very clean apartment with stunning sea view and amazing sunsets

This apartment has all you need for a relaxing holiday in a quiet resort . Stunning sea views from the balcony. The apartment features flat screen tv and sound system to play your own music connected via Bluetooth. WiFi. Washing machine. Hob and oven. The owner was very welcoming and helpful even took us to the airport at 6am in the morning. There are a number of restaurants close by and the sea front is a 2 minute walk away. There are 2 beach bars and a few sunbeds. This is an excellent area for walking and there is a limited bus service which makes it possible to get to los christianos. Nice quiet location

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Der wunderbare Ausblick auf den Atlantik und La Gomera garantiert ein verlängertes Frühstück. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter funktionierte hervorragend. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass die buchende Person auch zur Reisegruppe gehört und NICHT für eine dritte Partei gebucht wird, letzteres wäre unzulässig und führt zur Stornierung des Mietvertrages.
Für den unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass beide (!!!) Aufzüge im Gebäude ausfallen ist die Wohnung in der 6. Etage nur noch über das Treppenhaus zu erreichen.
Das SZ liegt nach hinten und ist ruhig, der Wohnraum zeigt zur Strasse und da können bei offener Terrassentür Geräusche von den Bars hörbar sein.
In der Wohnung sind Haustiere nicht gestattet. Es kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass in anderen Wohnungen des Gebäudes Haustiere gehalten werden.
Die Wohnung ist mit öffentlichen Bussen (TITSA) erreichbar, aber auch sehr einfach per Mietwagen zu finden.

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und AUSSCHLIESSLICH für EIN Paar oder Familie mit Kindern (max. 4 Personen) also NICHT für 4 erwachsene Einzelpersonen geeignet!! Aus Erfahrungswerten heraus kann ich nur Buchungen akzeptieren wenn der oder die Hauptreisende(r) älter als 30 Jahre ist. Keine 3 oder 4 Einzelpersonen, sondern ausschliesslich Familien (Paare) mit max. 2 Kindern. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis!
