Our modern apartment was renovated in 2016 and offers space for 4-6 people on about 95 square meters.
In addition to 3 bedrooms, it scores with a spacious dining and living area, a new bathroom with shower and bathtub, guest toilet and a large south-facing balcony with a beach chair and seating.
A well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and complete kitchen and cooking utensils leave nothing to be desired for self-caterers.

The entire apartment is designed with parquet floors and flooded with light - an apartment to feel good, even on rainy days!

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die gute Raumaufteilung inkl. einer Dach- Terrasse in Südwestlage ermöglichte uns ( 6 Erwachsene) einen entspannten, sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Strandnah und ruhig gelegen, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, PKW Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus und überdachte Abstellplätze für Fahrräder auf dem Innenhof. Positiv zu erwähnen sind ebenfalls die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die freundliche und unaufdringliche Art der Vermieterin.

Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Wohnung!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Norderney bei Familie Mertens. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles in einem top Zustand, sodass wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.
