About the property

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 20 minutes from Aix en Provence

Your holiday house is located on the outskirts of a small village surrounded by a garden with apricot, pear and plum trees, houses and maple, lilac and beautiful wisteria. Here you will find the pool (3.5 m x 7.5 m depth of 1 to 2 m) and numerous seating and beds under the trees and the porch roof or in the sun, according to whim.

The house consists of two wings. The left wing of the pool contains two furnished with taste and love bedroom (double bed 140 cm, two single beds 90 cm). Each of the rooms can be reached via a glazed double door that leads directly to the terrace. is a shower room with a WC between the bedrooms.

The second wing makes with its two floors of the main house. To your right there is initially a cozy living room with satellite TV and fireplace, and a light-flooded winter garden where table and chairs a pleasant stay promise overlooking the garden. From the living room leads then into the kitchen with table and breakfast bar (oven, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker). There is another terrace, which is ideal for outdoor breakfast, and a second window leading directly into the garden. The ground floor also houses another toilet and a small utility room for laundry care.

The third bedroom (double bed 140 cm) is located on a false ceiling in the living room and has a special charm. The attached bathroom is located behind a skilfully crafted wooden partition. From this bedroom you pass through a patio door to a small, completely screened from view roof terrace which is wonderful for sunbathing.

authentically French style villa, super.

The property has an unusual layout with open plan downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. Annexed to the main building are 2 further double bedrooms and a bathroom. All the property was very well presented. Set in a large private garden with table tennis, basketball, volleyball and badminton my children had great fun, when they were out of the pool. We had a lovely relaxing stay, even the mossies couldn't dampen our spirits.

Even better than expected

Perfect for families and/or visitors with dogs. 100% closed garden (a large one), with a nice pool and a fine house that feels like home and misses nothing. The host is very kind as well. Recommended.
