This modern and well-kept holiday villa "Agostino (8)" offers eight people on two floors plenty of space to spend a relaxing family holiday.
A large covered terrace leads to the spacious and friendly living room, which is followed by a separate modern kitchen. From here you have access to the rear terrace.
You will also find a shower room in the lower area. In the living room there is a separate dining area with a large dining table that can comfortably accommodate eight people.
The interior of the house impresses with its high-quality workmanship. There is a lot of blue marble, which is also known as Estrella azul due to its sparkling elements.
You can reach the gallery to the upper floor via the impressive light-flooded large spiral staircase with glass blocks. The upper floor consists of four tastefully furnished bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished with a total of two double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
There is plenty of space for our youngest guests to set up a travel cot for children.
The holiday villa has two terraces. From the terrace in front of the living area you have a view of the sunny pool area. Here you can always keep an eye on your children while bathing, splashing and romping around, or simply enjoy the garden, which is laid out with different types of palm trees.
A large table with garden chairs is available for extended celebrations with family or friends on the covered terrace. Let your mind wander and treat yourself and your everyday life to a break.
The second terrace can be reached through the kitchen and invites to cozy barbecues. There is a nice barbecue area in the back of the property where the family likes to be pampered with delicious dishes from the grill master.
The villa "Agostino (8)" has a total of five air conditioning units, which can only be booked as a flat rate of 0.25 euros / kw per week.
Parking is available on the enclosed property.
The guarded sandy beach of Riumar is about a two-minute walk away.

The entire property (approx. 850m²) is surrounded by a wall and a fence with a privacy screen. The entrances to the property and the house are all lockable.

One call is all it takes and everything is taken care of immediately. Our service also includes regular pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Children's travel beds and high chairs are available free of charge on request. Should you ever need a children's buggy, no problem, we will also provide this for you free of charge.
