Chalet Adriana in Siusi in a unique and very sunny location. It is to detail renovated with love Chalet. Enjoy the unforgettable and breathtaking views in the heart of the World Heritage of the Dolomites, the peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere at the foot of the Sciliar, the landscaped garden and the family environment.

This chalet is a spacious living room with direct access to the landscaped garden overlooking the Schlern, a fully equipped kitchen and a new bathroom with shower / WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with sunny balcony, a bathroom with shower / WC and a small storage room with washing machine. Seis is a small village in the municipality of Castelrotto, the home town of Kastel Spatzen. Especially interesting and convenient is the easy and quick access to the orbit of the Seiseralm, the largest mountain plateau in Europe amidst the nature park Schlern-Rosengarten and Sella Ronda Val Gardena. The orbit can, if desired, be reached on foot or by shuttle service in less than 10 minutes. Also conveniently and quickly reach the bus stops, from where you can take the public bus to Bolzano and Bressanone to a leisurely stroll. Seis also offers an 18 hole large golf course, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The variety of opportunities for hiking, sledding tours and skiing and cross country trips is limitless and unique, and everything can be done without a car.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Man hadert ja immer ein wenig mit sich, wenn man so ein kleines Juwel entdeckt hat, ob man anderen seine Begeisterung weitergeben soll. Am liebsten würde man es ja ganz für sich behalten.

Aber dieses Haus und seine Vermieterin haben es verdient gelobt zu werden.

Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse am Rand einer großen Wiese über die hinweg man auf die Ruine Hauenstein und den Schlern blickt. Die Photos können diese wirkliche tolle Aussicht gar nicht wirklich wiedergeben. Über einen kleinen Weg gelangt man in einer Viertelstunde hinunter nach Seis oder in zwanzig Minuten durch den Wald zur Bergbahn hinauf zur Seiser Alm. Natürlich kann man auch mit dem Auto fahren, aber das macht nur halb so viel Spaß.

Wir haben hier fünf wunderschöne Tage verbracht und haben uns fest vorgenommen wieder zu kommen.

könnte nicht schöner sein

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, die Lage des hübschen Hauses ist perfekt, sehr idyllisch, man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Mountainbiken und für Besuche der Seiser Alm.

Für dieses Haus vergeben wir gerne fünf Sterne! Die gelungene Modernisierung des Chalets verbreitet in allen Räumen sofort ein Gefühl von Besonderheit und Behaglichkeit - hier wurde alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt geplant. Schön, dass genau die Balance zwischen dem Zuviel und Zuwenig in einem Ferienhaus gefunden wurde, und das gesamte Haus hervorragend gepflegt ist. Das über allem zudem der Schlern thront, und dieser von der Sonnenterrasse greifbar nahe scheint, macht das Adriana zu einem außergewöhnlich schönen Feriendomizil. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei der sehr angenehmen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin und kommen gerne wieder!

Heel mooi huis, goed ingericht en gunstige ligging.

Op 5 minuutjes (auto of skibus) van de gondel die je naar de Seisser Alm brengt. Heel ruim huis, luxe en stijlvolle inrichting ,rustig gelegen. 10 minuten lopen naar het dorp. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaresse. Bij voldoende sneeuw kunnen kinderen in de tuin of naast het huis lekker sleeën.
