About the property

Detached house in a quiet location on a plot of 7000 m². The house is situated in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda-Almijara. From all sides, you can admire the beautiful mountain panorama with olive, almond trees or mango plantations. We think this location is the best alternative between the mountains and the sea. One can enjoy the peace on the one hand with no beaten track but it is not too far away, to plunge into the Troubel if you want.

A large pool 10 x 5 m (about 2.20 m deep) invites you to linger. In the summer months you can prepare their meals in the summer kitchen. There you have a large fridge freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven and a microwave. To enjoy a nice barbecue, a gas grill is available.

Since the house is located in the mountains, a part of the road is unpaved, d. H. A part is a dirt road. But it is passable with any normal vehicle. Only a low-slung car is not recommended.

Highly recommended lovely home with beautiful views

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, in a lovely home with stunning views. The villia is equipped with every you need for an enjoyable stay, including a good nights sleep on very comfortable beds.

The owners were very helpful with great communication and detailed information. And although there was a wee problem, it resolved very quickly, even to the point of offering to fly out to meet us. Nothing was too much trouble.

Would recommend if your wanting to relax in a peaceful stunning area of Spain

Super mooi huis op een schitterende lokatie !

Het huis heeft veel privacy en is van alle gemakken voorzien! Wij hebben er een geweldige tijd gehad !! De weg naar het huis is een onverharde " bergweg" met zand en gravel / steentjes. Deze weg vraagt wel enige stuurmanskunst en het duurt dan ook zo'n 25 min. Voordat je van de berg af bent ( iets om rekening mee te houden / met boodschappen en trips. Het enige wat we " gemist " hebben in het huis is airco (nachten / slaapkamers waren regelmatig erg warm. Maar dat is dan ook het enige wat er aan dit geweldige huis verbeterd kan worden !!

Natuurgebied Axarquia

Wij verbleven in dit prachtige huis en natuurgebied gedurende 10 dagen, in Juni 2017. Het huis ligt diep in de bergen verscholen, tussen de bergtoppen in. De enige buren zijn een ouder Engels echtpaar, 200 meter verderop met 2 honden. Het huis is perfect in orde, ruime keuken, zeer compleet, grote woonkamer en 3 slaapkamers. De tuin is goed onderhouden en het zwembad is groot en erg schoon. Gedurende onze vakantieperiode was het behoorlijk warm en het enige wat we misten was een airconditioning, maar gelukkig waren er ventilatoren aanwezig. Verder was de Spaanse manager zeer behulpzaam en met handen en voeten konden we toch goed communiceren. Prachtige omgeving en een aanrader is Hotel Vinuela, om daar een keer te lunchen. De weg naar het huis toe duurt 18 minuten vanaf de hoofdweg en is een behoorlijke klim over een deels geasfalteerde weg en deels onverharde weg. De volgende keer willen we een auto huren met een 4 wiel drive. Wij vonden het een van de betere home away huizen en raden het zeker aan. Vielen dank, Hajo en Marina. Greetings Katja en André

Superbe maison avec une vue magnifique. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et super arrangeant. Nous avons été très bien reçu et bien pris en charge.a la plus petite demande, ils étaient là pour nous. Je recommande vivement cette magnifique maison avec sa très grande piscine très agréable. Pour information la piscine était autour des 29-30 degrés. Et le temps était très agréable. Très bon compromis entre mer et montagne.

Merci pour les propriétaires. Je reviendrai promis ;)

In der Heizperiode fallen zusätzliche Gebühren für Heizung und Strom an. Das Haus hat eine Gaszentralheizung. Es stehen dort 4 Gasflaschen befüllt zur Verfügung. Die Kosten werden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet. Aktuelle Preise im März 2017 sind 58,- Euro für eine Flasche (35 kg). Die Abrechnung hierfür übernimmt der Verwalter. In dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Elektrokamin. Dieser verursacht leider ziemlich hohe Kosten. Aufgrund der stark gestiegenen Energiepreise macht sich das sehr stark auf der Stromrechnung bemerkbar. Deshalb berechnen wir bei einem erhöhten Energieverbrauch zusätzliche Kosten. Bis zu einem Verbrauch von 7 kwh/Tag wird nichts berechnet. Damit ist im Grunde alles abgedeckt. Sollten Sie darüber liegen, fallen Kosten in Höhe von 0,23 € kw/h an. Der Verwalter wird bei Ankunft den Zählerstand aufschreiben und ebenso bei Abreise. Diese zusätzlichen Kosten sind direkt bei dem Verwalter zu entrichten.
