The 3 Zi.Apartments are located near Limone on Lake Garda with an overwhelming view of the lake panorama with the opposite Monte Baldo. Absolutely quiet and sunny in the nature reserve at the end of a cul-de-sac
without through traffic.
This region is ideal for hiking, tennis and biking as well as Nordic walking. "Limone" is the northernmost tip of the province of Brescia on the lake. Typical are the lemon gardens, some of which still today stretch from the lakeshore to the steep mountain slopes and gave the town "Limone" its name. The always mild and healthy climate allowed the Mediterranean flora to flourish with algae, oleanders, olive trees, palm trees and cypresses. Sehr erholsamer Urlaub!

Die Wohnung ist für alle zu empfehlen, die gerne über dem Geschehen schweben und vom Trubel des Gardasees etwas Abstand halten wollen. Die Aussicht ist toll, die Doppelterasse (überdacht und frei) ist bei jedem Wetter nutzbar, und die Vermieter sehr nett uns stets zu erreichen. Pieve bietet alles was man braucht (Einkaufsläden, Restaurants (wir sind im Tengo Cuore Italiano um die Ecke hängengeblieben, sehr empfehlenswert), Bäckerei, Parkplatz in der Nähe). Die Auffahrt durch die Strada della Forra ist ein Muss, und da tagsüber Einbahnstraße nach oben auch nicht zu schwierig. Herunter zum See muss man dann allerdings einen weiteren Weg fahren. Wer gut zu Fuss und schwindelfrei ist, dem sei der Wanderweg herunter neben der Terasse des Hotels Miralago nach Campione (unser Lieblingsstrand) und dann zurück durch das Valle die San Michele (https://www.hoehenrausch.de/wandern/gardasee/pieve-di-tremosine-campione-del-garda/) empfohlen - spektakulär! Von Pieve fährt zudem auch ein Bus für kleines Geld per Sightseeing-Tour nach Limone. Unser neuer Lieblingsort am Gardasee!

Magnifique endroit

Le gîte date de quelques années mais est plutôt confortable. Très positif: la grande terrasse en partie couverte avec vue superbe sur le lac et les montagnes. Beaucoup de visites et de ballades dans les environs mais les routes sont sinueuses , parfois trop étroites pour 2 voitures de face et il faut compter 45 m à 1 heure pour 30 km. Pieve est un beau petit village assez calme et on y mange bien (Trattoria d'Angelo). Office du tourisme sur place. Quelques informations supplémentaires auraient été utiles : comment avoir un peu de chauffage (le bouton de réglage sur la chaudière manque), pas de WIFI, édredons pour 1 personne. Evidemment le propriétaire est allemand et la majorité des locataires aussi. Pas simple d'échanger (ne parle pas anglais). A notre arrivée, nous ignorions que le propriétaire ne serait pas sur place. Nous avions le code de la boîte à clefs mais on n'arrivait pas à ouvrir et le numéro de tél que nous avions ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement une voisine très gentille nous a aidés en appelant le propriétaire et après quelques essais nous avions les clefs... Monsieur Bauer est passé la seconde semaine pour savoir si tout allait bien et je l'en remercie. Malheureusement échange rapide car en allemand seulement. Ce sont juste des observations pour de futurs locataires car nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans un endroit magnifique grâce à cette réservation.

Tolle Lage oben am Berg

Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Pieve, 20 Min. Autofahrt von Limone entfernt. Achtung: Das Navi hat uns durch die Brasaschlucht gelotst... Es gibt aber auch eine normale Anfahrt.... Mitte Mai war es noch ziemlich kalt kn der Wohnung, so dass wir jeden Tag den Kamin an hatten. Die Gasheizung war nicht eingeschaltet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.
