About this property

Studio apartment panoramic view on the 2nd Floor of our house.
The apartment has a combined kitchen / living room with a double bed, of course including bed linen.

One through the second newly built dormer, bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining table set, a small kitchen with two hotplates, of course with dishes, fridge, sink and microwave and kitchen center for coffee, hot water and sandwich toaster.

With SAT / HD flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower / toilet, hairdryer, towels, shower towels.

The studio apartment also has a separate (children's) room without a sink / shower / toilet as an additional sleeping option for your family.

A large balcony with a cozy rattan couch, sun protection and a wonderful 3-sided view of the Loferer mountains rounds off our offer.

The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail.

Free WiFi is available in the house.

In summer you will receive the free "Saalachtal Tourismuscard" with numerous free entries and discounts in Lofer and the surrounding area.

In winter you can of course use a large electric ski boot dryer and comfortable ski storage free of charge.

The free ski bus stops only 100 m from our house.

Es war sehr schön. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren außerordentlich und rundum zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, Pflegegrad von Sanitär, Zimmer, Balkon, Geschirr und weitere Ausstattung als auch der Lage des Appartements. Weiterhin sehr zufrieden waren wir mit der Gastfreundschaft der Inhaber Fam. Auer. Die Talstation zur Skiarena, Supermarkt, Bars, Après Ski und Restaurants waren max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
