This friendly 4-room duplex apartment located on the third floor of the house in the neighborhoods Bonfim / Porto. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one full bath and a shower room), kitchen and living room with fireplace. In living rooms and bedrooms typical Portuguese wooden floor for cozy atmosphere. Down the hall you reach the second floor of the apartment where a bedroom suite, a small room and the terrace are.

Also this apartment is ideally suited for holidays with friends, as well as for families with children.

The living area

The living area provides ample space for you and your loved ones. For your entertainment, you have a flat-screen TV with many channels available. To eat together, chat or play our terrace with beautiful views over Porto serves.

The kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need to cook in their own homes. Besides stove with four plates and oven and fridge also a washingmachine exists. What the kitchen includes else, please refer to our detailed equipment list.

The small bedroom

This cozy bedroom has a spacious single bed (100 x 210 cm). Also has a dresser for the well-equipped leisure enough space.

The upstairs bedroom with bathroom.

This cozy bedroom has create a bed with under bed for extra sleeping space. Also offers a built-in closet. From this room you go to the cozy terrace where you can enjoy days on the sun and the nights with Portos light can (perhaps along with a nice wine) surprise.

This bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm size bed. These dresser + wardrobe with plenty of space.

The bathroom downstairs

The bathroom downstairs has a bath, toilet, bidet and a washbasin. For your cosmetics, a mirror cabinet and a cabinet are available.

The location:

The apartment is located in Bomfim in a quiet residential area. You can walk from here easily to the city center - near are restaurants, shop, bars, pubs and clubs. The major shopping street of postage Santa Clara is only about 800 meters from the apartment on foot. The supermarket Lydl is only 300 meters from here! The nearest bus stop to get less than 2 minutes and 24 de Agosto station or the train station & Metro Station Campanha is about 5 to 10 min walk.

The terrace is just a wonderful place to enjoy Porto evenings. Being absolutely close to the city center lots of restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and clubs, are reachable in walking distance. The shopping street of Oporto, Santa Catarina, is about 800 m from the Appartament. The next supermarket you can find is a Lidl, just 300 m. It takes less than 2 minutes to the next bus stop and 5 untill 10 minutes to get to 24 Agosto or Campanha Metro Station, fromWhere you-can take the metro to the all places, beach or airport.
