About this property

The elegant, fully equipped apartment offers on 50m2 a double room for 2 persons (+ max. 2 additional persons, hotel sofa). The exclusive bathroom has a shower, toilet, urinal and hairdryer. The great room concept of the living / dining room invites not only because of the large flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD & Blu Ray player to relax and get together. Lustful cooking provides the superbly equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine incl. Starter capsules. Even our youngest we thought. The Baby package with baby bed, high chair and bottle warmer is available free in the apartment. Partial counts a garden / balcony for your personal retreat.

On the teilbegrünten roof terrace you can relax and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rain Mountain" and the villas of the district Riedenburg. The rooftop terrace offers with its comfortable lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day there thanks romantic lighting.

We are a "Self-check-in" Apartment. There are NO on site reception. Please note that it is absolutely necessary on arrival, to have the one we sent door-Pin Code (request the code about 2 weeks prior to arrival) with you. This code replaces the key and open the apartment during your stay!

All necessary registration formalities are available for you in the apartment. Please fill this out in their own interests.
The housekeeper is the hour since, otherwise this is only in urgent cases by telephone.

We are a non-smoking apartment, accordingly please only on the balcony / terrace to smoke.

Wonderful property with only a couple of caveats

Beautiful fairly new well-kept apartment with all the amenities you might need. Very clean. Easy bus service in to town although the walk is very doable. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Very nice top floor deck with comforatble chairs for an evening drink. Most apartments have an outdoor space (patio, deck etc) although ours did not. No A/C but not a problem during our stay. Only a few small negatives. Our apartment (Mirabell III) was in the front of the house and quite noisy when the windows were open. Our hand-held shower was removed during our stay as it did not work and we were left with only an overhead shower which was not great when you did not want to wash your hair. The main problem was the TV - it was a beautiful new large flat screen but it did not operate well. One night I could not turn it off. I could not get it to stay on any channel - it kept flipping channels every few seconds. I was advised to pick a channel and keep it there. 10 days of BBC got a little old after awhile. All in all, I would highly recommend this house but I would suggest you request an apartment in the back of the building.
