Anchorage Scharbeutz - Stylish holiday home to feel good

This holiday apartment, completed in summer 2016, is classy and charming at the same time in a beautiful, quiet location, just a few minutes from the beach.

The living concept is open and a mixture of modern beach house style and classic country house look. Elegant and uncomplicated furnishings invite you to relax and exude a lot of holiday feeling.

The apartment (semi-detached house) has an area of 65 square meters, distributed over 2 floors.

On the ground floor is the generously open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun after an eventful day on the beach. In addition to a guest toilet, there is also a small utility room with a washing machine and storage space on the ground floor.

The open white wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a vanity and shower.

There is a private parking lot in front of the house. A children's playground is only about 200m from the house.

Geschmackvoll gemütliche Wohlfühl-Wohnung!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in den Osterferien in Scharbeutz sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bringt an Ausstattung wirklich alles mit, was man braucht. Gelegen in einem herrlich ruhigen Wohngebiet erreicht man Ort und Strand in wenigen Gehminuten. Auch die Abwicklung der Reise mit der Besitzerin der Wohnung verlief überaus freundlich und unkompliziert. Eine echte Empfehlung!

Eine location für den perfekten Urlaub unabhängig vom Wetter…Es war von Anfang an alles TIPTOP: Tolle Gastgeber,tolle Unterkunft und wir kommen definitiv wieder😀Nicht nur die schöne Ausstattung der Unterkunft sondern auch die Lage dieser, erfüllen alle Kriterien die man sich wünscht, um einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub zu haben. Wir sind begeistert und glücklich nach Hause zurück gefahren. Ein riesen Danke an die Gastgeber 😀😀😀

Wir kommen wieder!

Top Unterkunft und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Auch wenn es keine direkte Strandlage ist erreicht man alles bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Gegend

Wir haben wunderbar gewohnt! Sehr empfehlenswert! In der gemütlichen Wohnung gab es alles was man brauchte. Und sie war in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Wohngegend. Sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir waren vollauf zufrieden. Für mich gab es nur einen klitzekleinen Wermutstropfen. Es gab keinen Spiegel in dem man sich ganz sehen konnte. Und die Spiegel in Toilette und Bad waren für nicht ganz so große Menschen sehr hoch. ;)
