The simple house (about 95 m²) is lovingly u. Personally decorated. The terrace (25 m²) with barbecue and large table located in a pretty garden. The garden offers plenty of light and sun. The front part of the property is overgrown quaint. The lake is across the street, a bathing area with natural access to the sea is just a few minutes walk.

The house is furnished simply but lovingly-personally. It consists of two small shower-baths, a spacious kitchen (25 m²), another living room (about 25 m²) and two bedrooms (each about 15 m²). One bedroom is for two persons, the other with two bunk beds for max. 4 persons equipped. The house is well suited for 4 people, max. 6 persons. From the fourth person the price per night increases by 15,00 € per person. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and stove, refrigerator with freezer and all kinds of kitchen utensils. Barbecue on the terrace, sun loungers, table tennis, garden shower and sandbox are available. Towels are not included in the price. Linen can be optional and separately booked.
The nearest tennis courts, golf course and equestrian facility located by car in five minutes away. Sailing, motor boating, adventure playground for children with a petting zoo and a climbing forest are also within a short time.

Shops: supermarkets (net and Edeka) are located in the Pieskower Str 2 (in the village of Bad Saarow), about 10 minutes from the house..

Linen I offer per person per stay for 6 €.
It is a simple wooden house, partly built with masonry. It is not isolated, but can be sufficiently heated by electric radiators. For this I pray in the months of April, May, September and October for a deposit (per day in the house 30 €) in my account. We calculate the consumption immediately after departure with 0,34 € / Kwh, d. H. Read from the consumption and I will transfer immediately the remaining money to your / your account. This ensures that you can heat as much as you like. At low temperatures, the power consumption per day and depending on the personal warmth requirements according to experience 10 to 30 Euro per day.

I ask the guests with personal furnishings prudently deal, since I use the cottage as a weekend house itself and have decorated with great personal commitment. After booking, I ask for the signature of a rental agreement, the content and price corresponding to this offer and is important for my personal tax return.
