Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo

Casa ampia, buoni spazi e bel balcone (dal quale però il mare non si vede), trovata pulita e in buone condizioni. La descrizione parla di un parcheggio privato, ma l'agenzia non aveva a disposizione le chiavi quindi non abbiamo potuto usarlo, e avendo una macchina molto grossa è stato un problema. Portatevi padelle e posate perché anche se la casa è per 6 le pentole ci sono ma c'è solo un padellino da 1 (se volete una frittata dovete farne 6 piccole), e i coltelli non tagliano. Gli infissi sono vecchi ma d'estate non è un problema perché tanto le finestre rimangono sempre aperte. Qualche problemino qua e là (ad es. le tapparelle), ma niente di particolare. Attenzione: si parla di accesso per sedia a rotelle, ma dall'ascensore all'interno dell'appartamento ci sono due scalini da superare, uno dei quali in corrispondenza della porta d'ingresso. Nonostante tutto, se il prezzo, già buono, fosse un po' più basso darei 4 stelle e la consiglierei sicuramente.
