About this property

Our cozy and newly renovated apartment is on the edge of the Spessart in the idyllic village Hofstetten, a district of Three Rivers City Gemünden am Main.

Our fully equipped apartment offers on about 55 sqm a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, as well as provide a refrigerator with freezer, two bedrooms, the total can accommodate two to four people and a balcony where you can look directly at the Main Valley.

In addition, also provided for our youngest guests. In the kitchen you will find children's crockery and cutlery, as well as a tubercle for brushing teeth in the bathroom. A rollaway bed and a high chair can be provided to request gladly.

Because the apartment is at ground level, it can be easily reached without stairs.

Bike and hiking trails can be reached quickly and easily from our house and invite you to beautiful tours.

Great Accomadation

A wonderful flat with an excellant hostess. I would recommend this flat to anyone. A real bonus was the flower lined balcony. Perfect for an evening glass of wine or beer.

Erholung im Spessart

Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, in Waldnähe. Viele Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Der Spessart ist empfehlenswert.

Waren mit unseren beiden Hunden 4 Tage über Sylvester 2023 da. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Für zwei Personen optimal.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir fanden eine gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung vor. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Alles war vorhanden. Vielleicht könnte das Geschirr, was eigentlich ausreichend ist, etwas aufgestockt werden, um die Spülmaschine besser auszunutzen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Im großen ganzen war es schön.

Wir sind angereist mit Hund. Leider war in der ganzen Wohnung kein Teppich oder Läufer, so dass unser kleiner Hund nur am rutschen war. Das Bad ist etwas klein und hat keine Schränke oder ähnliches zum einstellen der Hygieneartikel. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.
