A very special vacation home for 2 - 6 people. Detached house on the mountain in an absolutely quiet location above Grimaldi Superiore with 3 bedrooms, one of them in a modern garden house. All bedrooms with double beds, terraces and decks on 3 different levels, together more than 72 sqm terrace area. Breathtaking view from Ventimiglia to Cap Antibies. 350 sqm garden with beautiful old olive trees. The house is wonderfully quiet about 100 m above the village of Grimaldi Superiore and you cannot drive directly to the house by car. A beautiful dirt path leads to the house.

Tollles Haus - Grimaldi Superiore mit ein paar Tücken

Tolles ausgestattetes, Haus, sehr bemühter Gastgeber und umfassender Service vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, wurden vor Ort begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Blumen, Obst und eine Flasche Wein. Das war schon mal eine sehr nette Geste. das Haus hat Charme! Die Betreuung vor Ort war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr bemüht und hat uns mit diversen Tipps versorgt. Grimaldi Superior, wo das Haus liegt, ist eine reine Wohnsiedlung, die eigentlich nur seine einzigen Straße mit einigen engen Torbögen und Winkeln besteht. Dessen muss man sich bewusst sein. Es gibt keinen Lebensmittelladen und keine Gastronomie und die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist ein kleines Abenteuer und der Aufstieg zum Haus erfordert ein bisschen Kondition. Dafür wird man mit einer fantastischen Aussicht aufs Meer belohnt.

Wie im Paradies

Ein wunderbares Haus mit viel Tageslicht, sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung, fabelhaften Außenterrassen und grandiosem Blick auf das Meer (auch vom Bett aus und beim Duschen sieht man das Meer). Nach Menton (Strand), Monaco, Nizza oder dem Künstlerdorf Bordighera ist es nicht weit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus in fantastischer Lage

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt, ruhig und mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das Haus bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung und Komfort. Einzigster Minuspunkt: Parkplatzsuche etwas entfernt

So schön!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Grimaldi verbracht. Zugegeben, der Aufstieg hat es in sich, er lohnt sich aber definitiv. Grandioser Blick über die italienische und französische Küste, mehrere Terrassen und Balkone. Das Haus ist liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet, mein persönliches Highlight war in jedem Fall die Außenküche die täglich in Betrieb war. Nach Frankreich ist es ein Katzensprung, ich bin auch zu Fuß rübergegangen. Insgesamt ein Juwel!

Wonderfull house with a perfect view

The location is beautifull, there are nice beaches in Italy and France. The house itself is very nice. We enjoyed the terrace and outdoor kitchen for our meals. The rooms in the house are beautifull and have nice bathrooms. Our stay was very easy and uncomplicated. You have to park at the entrance of the village but this wasn´t a big problem.
