About this property

Beautiful North Sea ... Holiday in every season. Look forward to a sunny modern apartment with lovely details, in which you feel comfortable in every season. 2 bedrooms, open living / dining area, bathroom, balcony and are located in the 1st. OG, and are distributed on 2 levels. The apartment is located on the edge of north north dike and has a very good transport links.

There is an open-plan living / dining area with seating area and wicker armchairs and a dining area for cozy hours. Electric blinds, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi are also included. The high quality kitchen is equipped with everything: dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, coffee and pad machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, waffle iron, etc .. The sunny balcony invites with a beach chair.
On this level is also the bedroom with double bed, flat screen TV and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
An infrared sauna is available for free use.
In the spacious upper sleeping area there are 2 single beds, chest of drawers, games box and flat screen TV.
Own parking and entrance. Lockable bicycle shed with 2 Holland bikes. 1 small dog is allowed. Other pets are not allowed.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Zudem sehr netter Kontakt zu der Vermieterin. Absolute Empfehlung.

Unser 1. Urlaub als Familie

Norddeich war eine gute Wahl für den 1. Urlaub mit Baby. Der ganze Strandbereich inkl. Spielplatz/Duschen/WC/Kaffee ist neu gemacht und man kommt überall gut mit dem Kinderwagen hin. Die Seehundstation und der angrenzende Kurpark bieten auch viel für Familien und kleine und große Kinder. Bei schlechten Wetter hätten wir im Schwimmbad bestimmt Spaß gehabt, da wir aber entgegen der eig. Vorhersagen doch sehr schönes Wetter hatten waren wir lieber im 24°warmen Meer schwimmen. Das Waloseum und das Auto/Spielzeug Museum waren auch einen Besuch wert. Sehr schön waren auch die Orte Neuharlingersiel und der Spielplatz am Strand von Bensersiel, der wirklich alles bietet für ganz Klein bis Groß. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet (ganz mein Geschmack -> hell freundlich maritim gemütlich) und man hatte alles da, was man brauchte. Babyausstattung (Bett/Hochstuhl/2/3 Spielsachen/Wasserkocher/Mikrowelle/Spüma/Waschmaschine) war auch vorhanden. Nur das Wickeln gestalte sich als schwierig auf der Unrerlage auf dem Boden. Das würden wir nächstes Mal anders machen. Als Tipp zum Baden für Babys eine Badewanne oder so mitnehmen. Das hat bei uns super geklappt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Bettwäsche war allergikerfreundlich. Es hätten auch noch zwei größere Kinder im Dachgeschoss viel Platz gehabt. Diesen Raum haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Die Vermieterin Frau Hallau war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Daher gerne wieder 😊

Der letzte Urlaubstag war schwierig: wir mussten nach Hause und wollten doch bleiben. Das lag zu einem nicht unerheblichen Anteil am Urlaubsappartment: sauber, durchdacht, wohnlich und mit so vielen praktischen Annehmlichkeiten, das nichts mehr zu wünschen übrig blieb. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin gestaltete sich darüber hinaus überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend - ganz ehrlich, wer hier nicht in Urlaubsstimmung kommt, ist selber schuld.

Toller Kurzurlaub an der See

ich war (leider nur) 3 Tage in der Wohnung. Sie hat alles geboten, was man brauchte, um eine gute Zeit zu verleben, auch wenn es draußen mal regnet! Fahrrad war topp und man damit schöne Touren zum Meer machen (c. 10 Min. mit dem Rad). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die entgegenkommende Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Hat großen Spaß gemacht! Ich komme gerne wieder!
