About this property

The house is situated on a hill overlooking Seis in close proximity to the village center in a quiet location and has a magnificent view of the mountain Sciliar and Ross teeth.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with good parking. Within walking distance of the village square in just 3 minutes. The bus stop is located nearby.

Seis is an ideal starting point for numerous walks and mountain hikes and is 5 km from the famous Seiser Alm.

The apartment was renovated in 2015 and is about 40 square meters. It is located on the third floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The two rooms are furnished in customary local style. The cozy living room is paneled with wood and has a bay window with generous windows, from which one can enjoy a breathtaking panorama.
Throughout the house there is a WLAN access.

The apartment is very well suited for two people, another person or a child can be accommodated in the living room. Here is a sofa with sleeping function. For a toddler, a cot can be placed in the bedroom. Caution: Non smoking!

Arrival is from 16 pm and departure by 10am.

Herrlich gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Photos dargestellt, sehr gemütlich, mit sehr günstiger Lage zum Busbahnhof, als auch zum Dorfzentrum.Sie ist ausreichend groß und wirklich sehr sauber.Die Kommunikation mit Patrizia war perfekt. Eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.
