We rent a wonderfully designed, loft-like 2-room apartment on the 1st Floor of the historic cooling house, built in 1899 as "Hotel Union", right in the center of Kühlungsborn-West.
There is a bike rental in the neighboring building; The nearest supermarket is 100m away, the fine sandy beach and Baltik-Platz are only 300m away.
The apartment faces east towards the courtyard and is therefore very quiet.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers a lot of space for a nice Baltic Sea holiday on 48 m². A special highlight is the large conservatory: with its large, wide-opening casement windows, it gives the apartment a bright and friendly character, almost like a balcony. At the beginning of 2016 we completely renovated and furnished the apartment.
In the open living area there is a modern couch, wicker armchair, a coffee table and a flat screen TV, DVD player and mini hi-fi system available for you. The couch can also be used as a double sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and thus offers space for 2 additional people. The large, modern kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 2 hobs and a fridge with freezer. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also included. In the dining area there is a large, beautiful table and 4 limed wicker chairs with wide seat cushions for you.
In the bright, maritime bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (90 cm x 200 cm). The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. A wardrobe and a wide chest of drawers offer enough storage space. An iron is of course available.
The spacious shower room offers a large sink with plenty of storage space, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. The apartment is through a small storage room, for. B. for your suitcases.
Of course, we offer our guests free WiFi (high-speed internet). It is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. To the apartment belongs the parking space No. 12 (outdoor parking space). Coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers are available to guests in the common areas of the house for a fee. Bicycle racks are also on the property.
