About this property

Completely renovated holiday home with private pool & garden in a quiet location, barbecue

The detached house was completely renovated in 2016 and has three bedrooms (2 double beds 1.80 x 2.00m, 2 single beds each 0.90 x 2.00m) and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and LED flat-screen TVs. In the spacious living / dining area there is an open fireplace and also a ceiling fan as well as an LED TV.

The bright, open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and steam iron with ironing board. The drawers are equipped with all common kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, bowls, pots and pans.

In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the house you will find plenty of sun loungers to relax under the palm trees in addition to the large pool. There is also an outdoor kitchen, a brick grill and a pizza oven. The terrace is equipped with a large dining area and invites you to dine outdoors.

An annex with a spacious garage, laundry room and outdoor shower is located directly at the main house.

The house is also equipped for babies and toddlers. We have a travel cot with a thick mattress and a high chair.

The property is completely surrounded by dense, high hedges and walls and thus offers sufficient privacy.

On cool evenings, the fireplace and central heating ensure pleasant warmth in the house.

Wunderschön

Wir hatten eine wunderbare, entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und modern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz, insbesondere wenn man mit zwei Heranwachsenden verreist. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön angelegt und bietet, bedingt durch die Palmen, die Möglichkeit von Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen. Für die nötige Abkühlung sorgt ein wirklich großer, gepflegter Pool! Wichtig, für alle die mit Teenagern reisen, das Haus bietet W-Lan, sodass auch hier evtl. Schockstarren bei 16jährigen ausbleiben:)) Rundum können wir nur sagen, es war ein erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ambiente! Das einzige Beklagenswerte - die Zeit ging viel zu schnell vorbei!! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Idéal pour un séjour autour de la piscine

Villa magnifique et très bien équipée, piscine parfaite. Idéalement situé pour visiter rapidement Tarragone et PortAventura. Seul bémol: voiture indispensable, emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel éloigné de tout, plage à plus de 1.5 km, impossible d'y aller à pied en plein soleil et seulement 2 vélos à disposition.

Un peu loin de la mer, obligée de prendre la voiture

Piscine plus grande que sur les photos, pas mal très agréable, la maison est nickel ! Propreté commodité , tout ce qu’il faut. Le coin barbecue est top!

Schöner Spanien-Urlaub!!

Wie beschrieben ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 20 Minuten am Strand. Dort gibt es ein kleines Geschäft und einige Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Was hätten wir uns noch gewünscht :-) ...verstellbare Sonnenliegen und vielleicht etwas bequemere Stühle im Außenbereich... aber das bedeutet an dieser Stelle "meckern" auf hohem Niveau.
