Holiday apartment Seeblick-exclusive apartment in the first row with balcony and lake view

The luxurious apartment is around 100 m2 in size and can accommodate up to 5 people. Bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. A highlight is the large south-facing balcony with a direct view of the lake in all directions.

The adjoining the terrace, spacious living and dining room with fireplace and large panoramic window has a L-couch and a spacious dining table. The floor is made of solid wood planks in dark cherry.

There is also an adjoining office and guest bedroom with a bed that can be pulled out to a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with high quality built-in appliances (Siemens, Porsche-Design and Fissler). A large refrigerator with separate drinks cabinet and freezer rounds off the matter. There is also an oven-microwave combi and a ceran field.

The rear-facing bedroom with double bed is equipped with allergy-friendly mattresses (cold foam) and spacious closet. Ironing board and clothes horse and iron are available. The bedroom has air conditioning. The main bathroom has a bath and a shower with tropical showers and massage jets, as well as a toilet. The 2. Bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

The living room is equipped with a lion flat screen TV with DVD and Bose surround system. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. High-quality real wood fixtures crafted - some white, some cherry. Intercom with video.

The large windows have electric shutters. The skylights are fully electrically open incl. Electric blackout. The balcony has an electric, fully extendable awning with storm warning and sun sensor. On the balcony there is a high-quality Garpa seating for four people and two side stools.

In the basement you will find a laundry room with its own washer and dryer. Furthermore, there is a large underground parking space available (large SUV / S-class suitable, electric gate). Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro).

The apartment can be reached from the street as well as from the underground car park without steps via the elevator and thus suitable for people with a walker or wheelchair. The apartment itself has no separate help.

Please decide on the basis of the following measurements whether the apartment is suitable for you:
The front door and the doors to the 2. Bedroom and large bathroom are 96 cm wide. The doors to the small toilet and the door to the bedroom are 70 cm wide. The basin depend on 86 cm and toilets hanging at 44 cm; the bathtub 60 cm. Everything measured at the top edge. The showers have to enter a 12 cm high edge. To the balcony there is a 10 cm high edge (guide rail of the door).

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

Urlaub in Nonnenhorn
Die Lage der Wohnung und der Ausblick von der Terrasse der Wohnung sind traumhaft. Auch die Wohnung selbst ist toll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit allen technischen Raffinessen ausgestattet. Das setzt jedoch voraus, dass man mit Technik im Allgemeinen nicht auf Kriegsfuß steht und bereit ist, im Notfall die Bedienungsanleitungen zu lesen. Das ist jedoch "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflüge am Bodensee, aber man genießt die Ruhe des kleinen beschaulichen Weindorfes Nonnenhorn. Möchte man Trubel, fährt man ins nahegelegene Lindau. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar und die Sonnenuntergänge über dem See auf der Terrasse zu genießen ist jeden Cent wert.

Zur optimalen Lage und Ausstattung ist schon in den anderen Bewertungen alles gesagt - und ich kann es nur bestätigen. Hier kommen nun die Kritikpunkte des (Fast): Der Ventilator im Backofen rattert unerträglich laut, die Fenster sind sehr dreckig, das Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer fehlt.
