Beautiful view and yard/pool area, poor upkeep, and management

The home has a beautiful view of the sea and islands. The pool and pool area is also very nice. The landscaping down and up to the unit is overgrown into the walkway, or half dead. Upon arrival the entrance, and pool area was dirty and and with leaves around the yard (the gardner did come that day, and we cleaned up). Upon arrival and inquiry with the manager, there were no pool towels (only 2 bath towels), there were no move- in toiletries or any book explaining about the house and area (how to work the TV, stores (grocery, bread etc), restaurants, farmer markets in the area (what days they are there), etc. Inside overall the unit was nice, but had poor lighting in the dining area (no light), ugly art work, there was not a knife sharp enough that could cut bread or a piece of meat (we went out and bought our own). 5 lights bulbs were burned out ,and we notified the property manager with pictures, and she said they were busy, and doubt they could replace them. The bed only had euro shams and no bed pillows. Most of these could be fixed with good property management. If I owned the house, I would be appalled on how this is being managed and kept up. We do expect more when we are paying $550/ day including all fees, for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath.

Great apartment

It’s fair to say that the description and pictures perfectly match the reality. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It’s very comfortable, well equipped. The terrace overlooking the sea is fantastic. The pool is lovely and heated. The whole area is very quiet thus relaxing. I think we will come back!

Situation très appréciable secteur "super lavandou" vue imprenable sur la mer, proche centre ville sur les hauteurs parmi les plus belles maisons de la ville. Maison divisée en appartements, environ 90m2 très confortable, propre, équipements nécessaires, climatisation, belle terrasse arborée offrant vue imprenable et en prime les nombreux feux d'artifices pendant la période estivale. Joli séjour style contemporain, 2 belles chambres, cuisine bien équipée donnant sur terrasse. Piscine chauffée, éclairée, individuelle entretenue par pisciniste régulièrement, transats confortables. belle exposition, location très calme.Contact sur place très agréable, efficace et disponible. Je recommande
