Equipped are the holiday homes and holiday room with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, radio (USB) / CD / DVD, dining area, kitchenette and refrigerator + freezer. Dishwasher. Coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster are also available. Tea towels, tea lights, garbage bags, dishcloths are also available. The beds have a comfortable height and modern foam mattresses. The bedroom with the single beds has a flat screen TV with DVD player.
In the upper apartment a second table and enough chairs are provided. Crockery is available for 12 people in the apartment, is cleaned with the dishwasher. There is enough space for everyone in the grill pavilion.

Mogelpackung?

Wir hatten das Objekt für unseren einwöchigen Familienurlaub ausgewählt, weil es - wie kaum ein anderes auf Rügen - drei abgeschlossene Ferienwohneinheiten unter einem Dach bietet. Der Check-in Vorgang war im Vorfeld nicht kommuniziert worden, sondern musste bei Ankunft telefonisch erfragt werden. Obwohl im Inserat ausdrücklich so angegeben, verfügen die Wohnungen weder über Waschmaschinen noch Wäschetrockner. Darauf angesprochen zeigte sich der Eigentümer uneinsichtig und verwies auf eine mögliche Waschmaschinenbenutzung zum Preis von 5€, der sich im Verlauf der Woche auf 7€ erhöhte. Da stellt sich die Frage, was die entrichtete "Servicegebühr" von über 300€ beinhaltete. Außerdem wird verschwiegen, dass man das - sehr hellhörige - Haus nicht für sich allein hat, sondern mit drei weiteren Parteien teilt, darunter der Hauseigentümer selbst. Wir werden ganz bestimmt nicht wiederkommen!

Herrliche Gegend. Für große Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 200m vom Haus. Sucht ihr ein Haus für die Gruppe allein, dann ist es weniger das Richtige. Gepflegt, Parkplatz gratis. Landeplatz des Rettungshubschraubers direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr interessant.

Familienfest

3 Wohnungen für 10 Personen waren ideal für unser Treffen. Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Gemeinsame Mahlzeiten haben wir im großen Wohnraum genossen. Es waren ausserdem genügend individuelle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir nutzten gerne den Fahrradverleih vor Ort um den Norden von Rügen zu erkunden.

Ferienwohnung mit Aufenthalsraum und überdachten Grillplatz

Die Übergabe der Wohnungen war Umfangreich und ohne Probleme.Während des ganzen Aufenndhalts war ein Ansprechpartner da.Zum Badestrand ca.2 Kilometer. Parkplatz am Strand war immer ausreichend ,kostenloser und auch bezahlter Parkplatz.Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und haben parkmöglichkeiten direkt vorm Haus,Gaststätten sind zu fuss Ereichbar.
