Location:

Our beautiful and well kept holiday home is part of the tourist complex Zijper Eilant. Through the garden you can directly reach the private boat dock on the canal and thus have direct water access.
In a quiet, considerate and friendly atmosphere here you can relax and slow down.
The nearest shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher, post office etc.) are (. Located 5,0 km) in t 'Zand.
The nearest train station is located in Schagen with connection to the track: Den Helder - Anna Paulowna - Schagen - Alkmaar - Amsterdam (7 km.).
The nearest airport is Amsterdam Schipohl (75 km. Away).
The nearest hospital is located in Den Helder (20 km.)

The ground floor (approx. 50 sqm) consists of the following rooms:
fully equipped kitchen (new 02/2016: Coffee maker, cookware set, frying pan), dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, oven, freezer, kettle, washing machine; Cutlery / glasses / china etc. for 5 people enough);
Dining area with a dining table and five chairs;
Living area with a fireplace and a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and a rocking chair (including a new 32 inch flat screen satellite TV, music system with USB port, DVD player).

At the end of the small hallway to the rear leads a lockable door on the garden terrace.
A spiral staircase leads from the living area to the approximately 45 sqm. large top floor. This is open plan, so you can look into the roof of the kitchen, of dining table and the living room, which rapidly adjusts an equally airy as well as quaint feeling. On the upper floor you with a 2 meter bed and a large built-in wardrobe are available. Open 2 window you from your bed unobstructed view over the beautiful garden (z. Arrival / departure day is any day, the house is arriving guests from 14 midnight available. Departing make up to 10 clock in the morning on the way home (unless otherwise agreed with us).
Like most owners, we also use even our house for relaxing holidays. The device and the condition of the house we therefore very important. More important than a deposit to us is the mandatory personal contact with our tenants and tenants.

Fishing:

Fantastic fishing spots are right in front of your nose. With a fishing pass available at the site you can go fishing in North Holland almost everywhere -. Schöner Aufenthalt mit Schwächen
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Der Kamin, das gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer und auch die wirklich toll ausgestattete kleine Küche mit gemütlichem Essplatz haben den Aufenthalt sehr bereichert! Auch die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Leider konnten wir sie wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht wirklich nutzen. Sehr schade war, dass der beschriebene Steg nicht genutzt werden konnte. Darauf wurde bedauerlicherweise auch vorab nicht hingewiesen. Mein Mann hatte sich vor der Anreise als Angler sehr auf einen eigenen Steg direkt am Haus gefreut. Das Badezimmer und das Klo sind in keinem guten Zustand. Beide Räume riechen. Das Bad bei der Ankunft sehr stark nach Schimmel und das kleinere Badezimmer mit Toilette nach Urinstein. Trotz Lüften und Laufenlassen der Lüftungsanlage blieb der Geruch in beiden Räumen über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Auch der große Kleiderschrank im unteren Schlafzimmer riecht modrig. Beim Öffnen der Türen und der unteren Schublade wurde der Geruch freigesetzt. Bei geschlossenem Schrank war im Schlafzimmer nichts zu riechen. Wir haben die Woche trotz der beschriebenen Unannehmlichkeiten genießen können. Wir denken jedoch, dass der Preis für das Haus unter diesen Voraussetzungen zu hoch angesetzt ist.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
Uns hat der Urlaub in dem Häuschen sehr gut gefallen. Sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Der Verwalter und Frau waren sehr nett und freundlich. Dazu vielleicht die Anregung den alten Verwalter aus den Unterlagen zu nehmen, weil wir uns erst an ihn gewendet haben, zwecks Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe. Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Familie Winter!

Prima Huisje op leuike locatie
Het huisje staat op een vakantiepark. Vanwege de tijd van het jaar was het er erg rustig. De omgeving is erg waterrijk en mooi. We zijn naar het strand van Groote Keeten geweest en ook naar fort Kijkduin (aanrader). Maar ook den Helder en Callantsoog liggen in de buurt. Enige minpunt was dat het huisje nogal stoffig was.
