Welcome at our place!!
Our spacious, family-friendly, comfortable newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet MfH.
The apartment is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac without motor vehicle traffic.
In just a few minutes you can reach the main bathing beach, the dog beach and the spa center.
All shops, doctor and pharmacy as well as restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and flat-screen TV in each room, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a living room with dining area and kitchenette.

A highlight is the large window front to the balcony.
The sunny balcony with seating invites you to linger (including awning).
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
A garage is also available.

Children can easily play on the property and on the street, as there is no vehicle traffic due to the quiet cul-de-sac location.

The facility is in a very good condition and is extremely quiet.

The apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the tourism association and is extremely popular with our guests.

Pure Erholung

Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat an nix gemangelt. Ruhige, schöne Lage, nicht weit zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sicherlich wiederkommen werden.

Alles in Ordnung

Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig in einer Sackgasse, aber ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Zu Fuss keine 10 min. und schon ist man am Strand und den Lokalitäten. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile ist etwas klein und man hat wenig Stauraum, aber hat alles gepasst für uns. Auch das Bad ist sehr klein, aber man kann sich gut damit arrangieren.Das einzige stark gewöhnungsbedürftige ist die steile Treppe mit den hohen Stufen, da musste ich sehr aufpassen durch meine Knieverletzung, aber man kommt zurecht. Die Parkgarage ist sehr eng, aber man kann sich auch absprechen und das Auto davor parken, dass klappte bei uns ganz gut 👍....wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung 🤗
