The villa near the sea and one of the most beautiful beaches is located in La Croix Valmer on the peninsula of St. Tropez. From the Office de Tourisme, this house has been classified with 3 stars; It offers every comfort for (young) families and connoisseurs. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and extensive garden. Palm trees and a classic olive tree emphasize their Mediterranean charm. The meadows and the boules court invite you to play, have fun and relax. Dark wood and three colored arched windows give the dining and living room a cozy ambience. The outdoor seating area protects against wind and weather and the well-equipped kitchen in Provencal style can fulfill any culinary desire. Three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and two showers with WC offer a lot of comfort. Overall, the house offers enough space for 8 people (including at least 2 children up to 14 years). Pets are allowed on request. The car can be parked in the shady shelter. In addition, free Wi-Fi is standard in the house,

- The immediate surroundings -
The sea and the protected beaches are within walking distance. A supermarket for daily needs and beach shops are on the way to the beach. Once there, restaurants and bars invite you to linger,

- La Croix Valmer -
The village of La Croix Valmer, situated on top of the wooded hill, also has restaurants and bars, as well as bakeries, a butchery and several other shops and wineries. On Sundays the market takes place. La Croix Valmer can be reached by car in 5 minutes or on foot in about 30 minutes,

- Cavalaire-sur-Mer -
The next largest town Cavalaire can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Here you will find everything you need for life and pleasure. Wednesday is market day. The place with a large harbor invites you to stroll and linger. You can also book some wind and water sports or organize boat trips to the Mediterranean islands of Port-Cros, Le Levant or Porquerolles.

Various other leisure activities and excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity!

- Rental Details -
The holidays can be booked weekly (preferably from Friday, Saturday or Sunday); the minimum duration of a stay is 6 nights,

- rental price -
The indicated rental price for the house is per week (including final cleaning). Taxes are charged by the apartment and are included in the rent. Bed linen and bath and beach towels can be brought. There is alternatively the possibility of this locally for € 10 (bed linen only) resp. € 15 (sheets plus towels) per person to rent.

Home from home

The house is better than the description. The garden is beautiful and immaculate. Jutta was very efficient and also kind and helpful. The position within walking distance to the sea is perfect and generally quiet. We would love to have another visit. The owner is obviously a generous host as the property lacked nothing Finally the coffee machine was a great success!!! Many thanks for a really good experience Wendy Hucks

Sehr, sehr schön!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was es für den Urlaub braucht. Freundliche Schlüsselübergabe durch die Nachbarin, die auch Tipps für Unternehmungen gab. 10 min zum Strand, 5 min zum Einkaufen, alles zu Fuß machbar. Der Wochenmarkt in Croix-Valmer ( mit dem Auto nur 2 min ) ist großartig. Für uns war es dort perfekt!

Ferienhaus für einen Urlaub der Spitzenklasse

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt für einen sorgenfreien und erholsamen Urlaub keine Wünsche offen. Der sehr schön angelegte und gepflegte Garten vermittelt einem sofort das Gefühl im Urlaub angekommen zu sein. Die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt und verdient eigentlich noch einen Bewertungsstern mehr!

Die Lage ist toll: Nicht weit zum wunderschönen Strand und zum Einkaufen und dennoch sehr ruhige und gepflegte Wohngegend, wobei der Garten des Hauses ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist; einfach nur wunderschön. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, und was mir besonders wichtig ist: Es ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine schöne Sommerwoche und möchten uns für die Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und die Freundlichkeit sowohl bei der Eigentümerin als auch bei der Betreuerin vor Ort herzlich bedanken.
