This beautiful Finca Hord Verd is located on a 30,000 square meter plot of land, including 2,000m2 of lawn, and combines two delightful worlds.

Because typical Mallorcan stone walls meet sophisticated elements made of glass and steel. Without losing the robust, rustic charm of the finca from 1890, a well-known Spanish architect modernized the building in a stylish manner and the 166 square meters of living space now offer plenty of space for up to eight people.

On the ground floor there is a large, chic living-dining area with satellite TV and a new, bright kitchen. 2 cozy bedrooms with connecting doors and a direct exit to the garden. A shower bath complete this spacious area.
