This elegant Mallorcan village house was built by the owners spacious and with high quality materials for their own family. It is located in a quiet side street near the edge of the village, yet only a few minutes' walk from the main square of the original village of Ariany. All facilities, such as a grocery shop and pharmacy, are within walking distance.
The house impresses with its spacious floor plan and the high-quality furnishings. All rooms can be reached individually via the hallway and the staircase in the entrance area. On the ground floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and own dining area. From here you have direct access to the terrace, which is roofed over almost the entire width of the house, and to the garden. A passageway connects the kitchen with the elegant dining area, which also has an exit into the garden. A separate living area with German satellite TV and a comfortable sofa are located in the southern part of the house. On the other side of the entrance area are two bedrooms, one furnished with a Mallorcan double bed and the other with two single beds, each with a wardrobe. In between there is a large bathroom with a shower and a separate bathtub. On the upper floor is the third bedroom, also furnished with a Mallorcan double bed and a wardrobe, as well as another bathroom with a modern shower.
The covered terrace and the 250 sqm garden face south-west and offer sunny spots all day long. A dining table and a lounge sofa are available here. Protected from view by the property walls, the garden with lawn invites you to relax and sunbathe, the 8 x 4 metre pool to refresh yourself on hot days. A swing and a children's house are a welcome change for the younger guests. A special highlight is the covered outdoor kitchen, where you will find a brick barbecue in addition to an oven. This makes it possible to enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings in private surroundings.
The authentic and rather small village of Ariany is located in the north-eastern interior of the island and thus close to both the dreamlike small bays of the east coast and the endless fine sandy bay of Alcudia. It offers all the necessary facilities in the village centre and is only a few kilometres from the village of Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market, with its numerous restaurants. The second largest town on the island, Manacor, is also only about 15 kilometres away and offers branches of all the major supermarkets as well as a hospital for emergencies. Located in the heart of the island, this house is ideal for an eventful stay with the whole family!
