About this property

Our seminar house W02 is rented for groups of 2 days or more. It is located in a quiet village near Berlin and is ideally connected to Berlin and Potsdam by the regional train. A campfire can be made, a catering company can provide you with full board, which also rents out various extras such as bicycles and excavators. Pure relaxation on hikes to the Havel, in the woods ..
Weddings can also be celebrated with us, as self-catering or with additional catering by our team.

Coole Räumlichkeiten für Gruppen

Für Gruppen super, viele Schlafmöglichkeiten bei interessanter Raumaufteilung, große Gemeinschaftsräume, schöner Außenbereich mit Garten, viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auch in der Umgebung (u.a. Havelseen), super netter und flexibler Kontakt. So, wie wir (Männergruppe zwischen 30-40 J.) uns es vorgestellt haben, es gab nichts zu meckern!

Gemütliches Hippiehaus

Der Check in lief super ab, obwohl es ein Missverständnis mit der Ankunftszeit gab. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verwinkelt, auch in großen Gruppen kann man sich mal zurückziehen und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Familientreffen

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Jugendlichen im Seminarhaus. Die Ausstattung ist einfach (Toiletten und Duschen auf der unteren Etage, die Zimmer auf der oberen), aber insgesamt gibt es viel Platz zum Miteinander und für jeden genug Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir für ein Wochenende benötigten, besonders die Küche war mit allem gut ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zügig und unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus für Kleingruppen und Familientreffen sehr empfehlen.

Brettspiel Wochenende voller Erfolg

Wir hatten für ein Spiele-Wochenende eine Lokation mit möglicht 7 getrennten Schlafräumen und einem geeigneten Gemeinschaftsraum gesucht und hier in Mollandur auch gefunden. Eine schöne ruhige Lage und perfekt geeignete Räumlichkeiten haben uns erwartet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfach ohne komplikationen und generell sehr angenehm. Ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen ist das auf dem Gelände noch gebaut wurde und entsprechend Baumaterial auf dem Hof war was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hatten da wir im November unsere Zeit doch eher in den schönen rustikalen Räumlichkeiten verbracht haben. Von unsererseits eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder.
