The apartment is equipped with a barrier-free bathroom. Due to the overall barrier-free equipment of the apartment with about 1m wide doors, it is suitable for wheelchairs and basically for people with physical limitations. Only five steps to the entrance (mezzanine floor) form a small hurdle.
The apartment is in a good residential area in Erfurt-Süd with a direct tram connection on the doorstep. It is therefore ideal for city breaks in Erfurt or to Weimar or Gotha, as there are only three stops to the Anger (center of Erfurt) or two stops to the train station. For children and adolescents, a city park 100m away offers various leisure activities (playground, beach volleyball court, mountain bike course, etc.). A large municipal indoor pool with 50m pool, large slide and sauna is located 200m away. The Steigerwald Stadium and the Gunda-Niemann-Stirnemann ice rink, which also hosts international competitions, are both 500 meters away. The apartment is on the ground floor of a building from 1925. We tried to keep the flair of that time a bit.
