About the property

The tasteful and partially renovated apartment casa Toni is right in Porto Pollo, the Mecca of the Mediterranean for kiters and windsurfers. The apartment has a large terrace (37 square meters), which is oriented towards the east. In an easterly direction only Sardinian vegetation, no other houses. The 340 square meter garden is outside with privacy and invites you to sunbathe nude one. Casa Toni has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms as living area, which is used as a living room and the other as a dining room can serve. On request, we transform the dining area into an additional bedroom. The car can be parked in the garden or outside of the property protected from the sun under a private patio.

Schönes Appartement, sehr ruhige Lage, toller Garten

Das Appartement liegt am Rande der Anlage "Il Borgo". Damit ist es sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Es kann das Surf- und Kitematerial zum reinigen und trocknen super ausgebreitet werden. Auto steht innerhalb des Geländes auf dem Grundstück. Das Appartement ist für bis zu 6 Leute ausgelegt, wobei es da wahrscheinlich ein wenig eng wird, denn die Küche und das Bad sind eher klein, vollkommen ausreichend jedoch für vier Personen. Es fehlen ein wenig brauchbare Schränke. Die die in der Wohnung sind, sind leider durch die Feuchtigkeit verzogen und modern leicht. Waschmaschine funktioniert trotz ihres leichten Vintagelooks sehr gut. Wäscheklammern fehlen leider (4 Stk. waren vorhanden). Terrasse sehr groß und lädt zum windgeschützten Sonnenbaden ein. Leider nur eine Sonnenliege. Das Appartement hat eine Kommunwand zum Nachbarn. Da diese nicht akustisch getrennt ist, hört man die Nachbarn sehr deutlich und diese einen selbstverständlich auch. Solang es keine Partytiere sind ist das völlig in Ordnung aber sollten diese keine Rücksicht auf gute Nachbarschaft legen, kann es u.U. unangenehm werden (somit Oropax mitnehmen oder einfach mitfeiern so lang bis die Nachbarn nicht mehr können :-) ).

It is opposite Corsica on the edge of nature reserve Archipelago of La Maddalena with its wonderful islands of Spargi and Budelli, La Maddalena and Caprera. Sandy beaches surround the 2 wide bays and crystal clear water. On the beach there are many bars eating establishments, restaurants, parasols u. Lounger hire, windsurfing u. Kiteschools u. V. M. ! Here also nightlife! Pleasant Island Air! Many excursions.
