Fantastic location right on the lake, with pool and sun terrace on the west side

The house LAKEVIEW PARADISE leaves little to be desired, it is located in a fantastic location overlooking one of the three lakes, you can watch from the pool and the terrace of nature (Vogel ectr.). Also unique sunsets which one from the pool area and the covered patio,
can enjoy with a cool drink. Not to be overlooked also the large gas barbeque grill for succulent steaks, large table with 6 - 8 chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.
Wireless Internet, as well as TV and Blueray DVD player in the living room and TV in the main bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen and sleeps up to 8 people.
Master bedroom with king size bed, second and third bedroom with queen size bed, and bedroom four with two twin single beds, two bathrooms, master with double washbasin, bathtub, separate shower cubicle, and separate toilet, second bathroom with washbasin, tub shower combination and toilet.
Living room with Essttisch (Dinning Area) as well as a reading area and kicker.
Family Room, with modern leather sofa, a coffee table overlooking the

Fantastic Villa perfect location

Lovely, well equipped, property in a fab location.

What a fabulous place, within a short drive to the beaches. Throughout the booking process and during our stay, our host (Karl) has been excellent. We cannot thank him enough for his services and communication. The booking was easy to make via Vrbo. Karl's communication about how to find the house and how to gain entry was clear and timely. The house is well equipped from kitchen utensils to plenty of towels. As for the beach stuff...there's plenty eg. 4 x chairs, 2 x umbrellas, 1 x cool box etc. The house is in a quiet estate with no noise or disturbance from anyone. Within a few minutes drive you have access to plenty of gas stations with mini marts and big shops like Target. The layout of the house is great too. Three rooms with double beds and one with twin. No complaints there from any of the family. A lovely pool and outside area...it's even better than the pictures! It also has a large bbq...however, there was next to no gas for us and my confidence in buying a replacement bottle and reinstalling it was not great so we skipped this treat. Overall...we highly recommend this property.

Another great stay at Beachwalk Isles

We have stayed within Beachwalk Isles many times and love the location as it is easy to get to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach or the i75. We enjoyed staying at Karl’s house, it was easy to find and was nice and clean on arrival. There are plenty of bath and hand towels and there are also pool towels available although they are small so would recommend taking your own. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is everything you need in there including plenty of plates, bowls etc. It was also really handy having a Washing machine and dryer as we could get everything washed before returning home so that was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially spending time in the pool by the lake and going out and exploring. Would stay here again.

Great house near the beach with heated pool and hot tub

Thank you for having us at the house. We had a wonderful time. The house, the location, hot tub, and the pool temp was a perfect 82 all week! We will definitely come stay again in the future.
