Due to the spacious lawn, this vacation home is ideal for families with children. It consists of two floors, with only the first floor being rented, while the ground floor is empty and is not on offer. The first floor is furnished with stylish furniture and the most beautiful part of the house is the large balcony, where you can relax while socializing. Perfekt!!!

Das Haus ist super sauber und hat einen traumhaft schönen Garten! Edi und sekne Familie samt Papa sind toll. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage werden jeden Morgen gereinigt und das sehr früh, ohne das man etwas mitbekommt. Der Empfang, sowie die Abreise waren sehr herzlich und aufmerksam! Das Haus steht direkt an einer Straße, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Labin mit Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sind in 5 km erreichbar und in ca. 7 km ist man in Rabac am Strand. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Tag in Rovinj einplanen ca. eine Stunde Autofahrt

Immer wieder gerne

Nach einer langen Anreise und eine Horror Rückfahrt. Hat der Aufenthalt für vieles entschädigt. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Haus und Anlagen um Haus super gepflegt. Sanitäre Anlagen könnten mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten alles super.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!!!

Wir (4 Mädels) haben eine tolle Woche dort verbringen können! Edi hat uns herzlich empfangen, als Willkommensgruß gab es eine riesige Schinken-Käse-Platte und ein selbst gemachtes Tiramisu! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig, toll war, dass es zwei Bäder (1x mit Badewanne und 1x mit Dusche) mit je einem WC gibt. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch da, die Terrasse oben ist herrlich und man kann den Abend dort toll verbringen. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, den könnte evtl die Straße stören - nicht viel befahren, aber man hört sie wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß und weitläufig mit vielen Schattenplätzen! Es gibt 4 Liegen, Stühle, große Essecke mit einem großen Schirm und einen tollen Pool, der sehr gepflegt und sauber ist. Edis Vater gießt morgens die Blumen und säubert den Pool :-) das ist wirklich spitze! Wir haben nie etwas gesehen oder gehört, das macht er ganz unauffällig! Die Einfahrt ist frisch gepflastert und man kann dort toll Tischtennis spielen (Platte + Schläger/Bälle) vorhanden. Das EG ist wie bereits von mehreren Gästen beschrieben, nicht bewohnt - man hat den tollen Garten also für sich alleine :-) Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, aber das war uns bewusst. Es ist genügend Auswahl in der Region vorhanden. Edi hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann (Labin Altstadt etc). Fazit: Sauberes Haus, toller Garten, gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!
