Lovely house in great location

We had a fabulous stay in Tenerife. The house was as described and in a great location. You could easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Sven was a great host and communicated with us well.

Home from home.

There is everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A very short walk to all amenities, restaurants, shops, beach, taxis, buses etc. Roof terrace gives fantastic views. We have stayed in Callao Salvaje for many years but it was our first time in this villa. We were not disappointed.

Excellent

Property was as described very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was clean and essential in the heat. Neighbourhood very quiet and locals all extremly friendly. Had excellent communication with Sven before and during our stay very friendly and helpful gentleman. Only negative we found was the front door was a pain to open and we had a few hairy moments thinking we wouldnt get back in. Overall though extremly satisfied and already planning a return trip.

February stay

Don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to after this villa rental. Positives are excellent location, close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Hot water, and the villa was very clean. Met on arrival and shown around. But there are some negatives, second bathroom has no toilet seat after complaining one was brought but didn't fit this wasn't repaired during our stay. Would have expected at least a bottle of water on arrival (always had thus before). Outside had a very near miss accident which could have been nasty if children were there, the concrete balustrade near the pool steps is crumbling away and hanging off very dangerous needs repairing!! No English channels on TV. The villa is quite tired and jaded and in need of an update. A lovely holiday but the villa definitely needs an update.
