About this property

Villa Vale is a newly decorated holiday home, located a few minutes drive from the wonderful beaches on the eastern coast of Istria. The house has a spectacular view over the valley, surrounded with peaceful nature, olive groves, vineyards and small charming stone walls. The village Presika is very quiet, with good people who make unique Istrian wine, olive oil, cheese and ham.

The Villa has 5 newly and beautifully decorated bedrooms, offering place for up to 10. There are 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, cozy living room with a large TV, and a large dining table.
Many large windows provide a lot of light and give beautiful views to the valley.

The large balcony with a comfy sofa is one of the best features of the house. Imagine, watching the sunset, enjoying with a cold glass of excellent istrian wine, surrounded with complete serenity. In the private garden there is also a private swimming pool with sunbeds.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Presika

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Vale war sehr schön. Der Pool und das Hause Haus waren in einem sehr gutem Zustand.

Nice house, nice people

Location perfect, 15 minute walk to old town Labin and within short driving distance of several nice beaches including Rabac. Spacious, clean, comfortable and cool house (exceeded our expectations) Very clean pool, and nice terrace with beautiful sunset views. The host is very nice and makes sure everything (if needed) is taken care of. We enjoyed and can surely recommend!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir sind mit unserer 8 köpfigen Familie angereist, die Lage ist sehr schön aber die Straßen sind sehr eng. Pool war sehr sauber, Haus und Anlage auch. Trotz 2x Stromausfall, aufgrund des Gewitters ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Vermieter hat sich für uns Zeit genommen, in die Stadt gefahren, Check In, Checkout war er sofort da. Ein sehr guter Urlaub.

Nice house

Nice, clean house. The kids have play all day at the swimmingpool and in the evening we saw beautiful stars. We went with 2 family's and the house was perfect for 2 family's with enouhg space for everyone.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage, Auto wird benötigt

Sehr schönes Haus, mit wunderbarem Pool. Netter Vermieter mit komplikationsloser Kommunikation. Das Ferienhaus wirkt hochwertiger als in dem Inserat deutlich wird. Zu Fuß ist allerdings wenig erreichbar, ein Auto sollte definitiv vorhanden sein. Wir würden wiederkommen.
