A whole (!) Holiday house for 12 people with a panoramic view, terrace and garden with barbecue area in the Kitzbüheler Alpen, for a large family, as a group house or with friends - always completely private!
The detached Haus Rauter is located in a wonderful, sunny spot between Oberndorf and the famous Kitzbühel. The house has no less than 6 bedrooms (for 12 people) and is very spacious. From the balcony and the large garden you have a fantastic view of the Kitzbüheler Horn. For your skiing pleasure you can choose between the ski area Oberndorf, Kitzbühel and St. Johann.

Perfekter Skiurlaub mit Freund*innen

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in diesem Haus. Die Erwartungen unserer großen Gruppe wurden übertroffen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht auf den Wilden Kaiser vom Frühstückstisch brachte uns direkt in Ski-Stimmung. Sehr hilfsbereite und gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und dem Gastgeber. Die Sauberkeit war top und die Ausstattung hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. 10/10, können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, einige Zimmer sind ganz neu eingerichtet und sehr modern, während andere eher urig sind. Die Küche ist schön groß, sodass alle zusammen sitzen können. Der Garten ist ein Traum, mit Terrasse zum Grillen und Feuerstelle im hinteren Bereich des Gartens. Super Gastgeber, die uns noch Feuerholz zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen, hatten einen super Aufenthalt!
