Schöne gepflegte Wohnung in praktischer Lage
Schöne, sehr gepflegte und saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Ich fand alles vor, was ich für die einigen Tage brauchte, die ich dort verbrachte. Die Möbilierung war modern und in tadellosem Zustand, wirkte teilweise neuwertig. Das Bad war nicht sehr groß, verfügt aber über eine hochmoderne Duschkabine. Netterweise waren auch Handtücher bereitgelegt. Das Schlafzimmer zur recht viel befahrenen Straße mag morgens etwas lauter sein, mich hat es aber nicht gestört. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit im Hof, den ich wetterbedingt aber nicht genutzt habe. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht "schön" im klassischen Sinne, aber sehr zweckmäßig in direkter Nähe zur Autobahn und 5 Minuten von S-Bahnhof und U-Bahn-Station und Busbahnhof entfernt. Ein großer Edekamarkt liegt ebenfalls nur wenige fußläufige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt (bei der U-Bahn-Station). Das Gastgeberehepaar wohnt im Haus, war bei der Begrüßung sehr freundlich, offen und auch während des Aufenthaltes immer ansprechbar, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Aus den kurzen Begegnungen blieb ein sehr angenehmer Eindruck. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung liegt Zentral in Meiderich und in der Nähe von der U-Bahn Station. Der Gastgeber und die Gastgeberin waren bei Fragen immer verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sauber gehalten.

Saubere Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter
Wir waren ein wenig besorgt über die Heizkrise in Deutschland, aber zum Glück hatten wir keine Probleme mit dem Heizen. Die sehr gute U-Bahn Anbindung, der Taxi Stand auf der Von-der-Mark-Str, die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Stadtmitte und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt in Duisburg/Deutschland angenehm gemacht. Vielen herzlichen Dank Frau und Herr Höffken!
