Vacation in the typical north German clinker!
On 3000 sqm of land we offer a high quality, newly renovated apartment right behind the dike in the Heidedorf Berensch (Cuxhaven).
The apartment offers on 75sqm:
a double bedroom with plenty of space for clothes and suitcases
a bedroom with 2 single beds, possibility of adding a cot is available, as well as space for clothes and toys
a living room with a comfortable couch corner, small book and DVD library, satellite TV, DVD and a writing corner to put the travel memories on paper,
a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...
as well as a bathroom with underfloor heating, barrier-free shower cubicle and towel heating.
Access to the apartment is covered with a porch and offers additional storage space.
Garden furniture is available in the large, protected garden with terrace.
The children can let off steam on the two sand playgrounds in the garden, one of which is covered, if the weather is not cooperating there is an open sand playground and a second covered play area.
Our property offers a parking space for the car and storage facilities for bicycles.
The dike is within walking distance from the house, and it is 15 minutes by bike to the sandy beach. From Berensch you have an ideal starting point for all excursion destinations in Cuxhaven, but also inland towards Bremerhaven, Bremen and Hamburg.

Perfekt für Familien

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Gepflegter Garten mit Klettergerüst, Sandkasten und Bolzwiese. Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr gut geeignet für Hunde. Man kommt überall schnell hin (Cuxhaven Stadt/Sahlenburg/Spika), muss allerdings als Familie mit jüngeren Kindern meist das Auto nehmen. Einziges kleines Manko ist das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine, was vor allem bei längeren Aufenthalten schon ganz angenehm wäre. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Kurztrip

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Natürlich mit kindern immer stressig aber ein schöner Stress. Die Buchung und die Kommunikation sowie Schriftverkehr lief reibungslos ab. Bei unserer Ankunft, kamen wir in ein sehr schönes einladendes Ferienhaus. Wir alle haben uns durch das Inventar und die Sauberkeit sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr kinderfreundlich das gesamte Anwesen. Ein Reisebett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt, Hochstühle für die Kleinkinder waren vorhanden und ein paar Spiele im Schrank. Der Garten ist sehr groß. Es gibt einen Spielturm mit einer Schaukel und Rutsche und einen schönen überdachten großen Sandkasten. Die kinder können im Sandkasten bei Wind und Wetter spielen. Wir waren sehr kurz mit 4 Tagen dort, dennoch hat es sich wie zu Hause angefühlt. Preis- Leistung ist echt super. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt haben wir aber dafür können die Vermieter nichts. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von unzähligen Mücken begrüßt und gestochen. Wir hatten einfach nicht an das Klima an der Nordsee gedacht und sind die Nacht dafür bestraft worden. In der Nähe gibt es aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wo wir uns dann eingedeckt haben mit Anti Mücken Sprays und in Frieden mit den Mücken weiter leben konnten. Wir möchten uns nochmal rechtherzlich bedanken und wünschen Ihnen alles gute :)

Toller Urlaub

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir waren u.a. mit zwei Kids und zwei Hunden hier. Vor allem Dank des tollen Gartens einfach perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist toll. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Abwicklung sowie die Kommunikation waren super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut für diverse Ausflüge. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wohlfühlen

Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, jedoch innerhalb von kurzer Fahrzeit kann man alles erreichen, was man so im Urlaub braucht.

4 Erwachsene im Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr gut gelegen, da mit dem Rad sowohl Richtung Cuxhaven, wie auch Richtung Dorum alles super zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene etwas ungünstig, weil es nur ein Bad mit WC gibt. Schöner wäre es, wenn das WC zumindest extra wäre. Ansonsten …. Ausstattung usw prima! Und völlig unkomplizierte Buchung!
